Objective: To explore the diagnosis and treatment to justify peripheral blood cell count in patients with the syndrome type of AA in whether there is any difference before and after treatment, the frequency change, the symptoms improve.Methods: the diagnosis standard AA patients were collected and divided as hospitalized into SAA group SAA group(205 cases) and NSAA group(144 cases), statistics of two groups before and after treatment every syndrome type of peripheral blood cell count, frequency of symptoms, integral, the syndrome symptoms integral, make comparison before and after treatment.Results:(1)peripheral blood cells: SAA group’s NEUT, Plt、NSAA group’s Plt Hb, number compared as before and after treatment, there are statistically significant(P<0.05); SAA group’s Hb, NSAA group’s NEUT number comparison as before and after treatment, no statistical difference(P>0.05). Various peripheral blood cells: NEUT: SAA group each model, NSAA kidney Yin deficiency type comparison before and after the treatment, statistically significant(P<0.05); Plt, SAA each model, NSAA group(spleen kidney Yang deficiency, kidney deficiency, liver and kidney Yin deficiency type, kidney Yin and Yang are two virtual) before and after treatment comparison, statistically significant(P<0.05); Hb: SAA gas not taken blood type and NSAA group(spleen kidney Yang deficiency and kidney Yin deficiency type) before and after treatment comparison, statistically significant(P<0.05). 2 set of other various peripheral blood cell count compared before and after treatment, no statistical difference(P>0.05);(3) symptoms: symptoms NSAA group frequency comparison before and after treatment, there are statistically significant(P< 0.05), SAA group of symptoms frequency comparison before and after the treatment, no statistical difference(P>0.05); Symptoms integral, various symptoms integral comparison before and after treatment, there are statistically significant(P<0.05). 2 sets of other various peripheral blood cell count compared as before and after treatment, had nostatistical difference(P>0.05);(3) symptoms: NSAA group frequency of symptoms comparison before and after treatment, had statistically significant(P<0.05), SAA group of symptoms frequency comparison before and after the treatment, had no statistical difference(P>0.05); Symptoms integral, various symptoms integral comparison before and after treatment, there are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: To justify for various differences between peripheral blood cell count change, frequency of symptoms have change, symptoms improved obviously. |
