The Assessment Of Hepatic Fibrosis Byacoustic Radiation Force Impulse Elastography In Budd-Chiari Syndrome And Chronic Hepatitis B:in Comparison With Pathological Study

Objective Based on Pathological examination of liver, analysis and contrast the hardness value (LS) of liver tissue for Budd-Chiari syndrome (BCS) in patients with hepatic fibrosis with chronic hepatitis and hepatic fibrosis in patients with the acoustic radiation force impulse elastography imaging (ARFI),in order to discover the main factors of liver stiffness values of and on the usability and practicability of the acoustic radiation force impulse elastography imaging (ARFI) in the diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis. Materials and Methods Collected 115 cases of hepatitis B cases, and 80 cases of Budd-Chiari syndrome patients in our hospital and affiliated hospital, have done aspiration biopsy,determination of the liver elasticity values for all patients. The two groups of patients were divided into F0, F1, F2, F3 and F4 group by the classification standard of liver fibrosis degree, compared to each group with the statistical method Result 1, In the 115 cases of patients with CHB, stage F0, F1, F2, F3, F4 respectively in 24 cases,25 cases,27 cases,22 cases,17 cases,the LS value is (1.077+0.055) m/s, (1.094+0.042) ml s, (1.427+0.089 M/s), (1.749+0.106 M/s), (2.444+0.091) m/s, (H= 23.8114, P=0.001), There was no statistical difference between F0 and F1,and there were no significant difference among F1, F2, F3, F4 stage.2、In the 80 patients with BCS, F0, F 1, F 2, F 3, F 4, were 0 cases,6 cases,39 cases,20 cases, 15 cases, deepth of 2cm、3cm、4cm、5cm LS value were:2cm (1.132±0.150) m/s, (1.973±0.431)m/s、(2.579±0.266) m/s、(3.500±0.202) m/s, (H= 45.76, P=0.0016); 3cm (1.127±0.112) m/s、(1.868±0.292) m/s、(2.616±0.152) m/s、(3.491±0.415) m/s, (H= 19.9282, P=0.0002); 4cm (1.105±0.264) m/s,(1.924±0.344)m/s、(2.444±0.213)m/s、(3.520±0.491)m/s,(H= 10.8582, P=0.0125); 5cm (1.1217±0.333) m/s、(1.638±0.262)m/s、(2.404±0.385) m/s、(3.147±0.526) m/s, (H= 5.7015, P=0.0013)。There were significant differences among the groups, and the two two was compared (a<0.05, P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. The elasticity values of BCS fibrosis patients and chronic hepatitis B fibrosis patients were compared with the patients with F1-F4 and chronic hepatitis B fibrosis patients.. Conclusion 1.
