Objective: To study the effect of single and multiple Whole-body Cryostimulation treatment on immune function, to further clarify Whole-body Cryostimulation treatment to improve immunity, the effect of promoting recovery; and to provide more theory support for the application and promotion of the physical means of this cold environment to promote the recovery of body in motion practice.Methods: Take 16 soldiers Beijing Armed Police Corps Five detachment of Secret Squadron as experimental subjects, according to the medical situation and BMI values, randomly divided into two groups: Whole-body Cryostimulation group(WBC group) and control group(CON group). Select the middle time of large intensity training of Secret Squadron for the experimental stage, the training content on a routine basis, without additional intervention.WBC group taking Whole-body Cryostimulation after training in the morning and afternoon every day, while the control group without intervention after training every day. Experimental period of two weeks, comparing functional status and fatigue index before and after the single and repeated interventions of different groups: CK、BUN、T、C、T / C, sleep quality; immune system indicators: number of leukocytes, immunoglobulin(Ig M、Ig A、Ig G); lymphocyte subsets(CD3、CD4、CD8);the changes of the cytokines: IL-2、 IL-6、IL-8、IL-10,etc.The result: after a single intervention control group CK、BUN significantly increased(p<0.01), WBC group CK、BUN levels were no significant change; the control group T、C levels were not significantly changed, T/C value decreased 24.04%, no significant difference, WBC group of T levels and T/C values were significantly increased(p<0.05). After repeated intervention control group CK、 BUN was no significant chang. WBC group CK、BUN were significantly reduced(p<0.01); control group T was significantly decreased(p<0.01), C significantly increased(p<0.01), T/C value was significantly decreased(p<0.05), WBC group T、C、T/C values were not significantly changed, Sleep quality score of WBC groop was significantly lower than the control groop.After a single intervention, two sets of white blood cell count was no significant change; control group Ig A、Ig M was no significant change, Ig G was significantly increased(p<0.05), WBC group Ig A、Ig G were significantly increased(p<0.01), Ig M was significantly increased(p<0.05); two groups of IL-2、IL-6、IL-8 levels were not significantly change. the control group IL-10 was significantly decreased(p<0.05), WBC group had no significant change in IL-10. After repeated intervention control group significantly decreased white blood cell count(p<0.05), WBC group did not change significantly; two groups of CD3、CD4 were no significant change. the control group significantly increased CD8(p<0.01), CD4/CD8 significantly decreased(p<0.05), the WBC group did no significant change of CD8 and CD4/CD8; the control group Ig M、Ig A、Ig G three indicators showed no significant change, WBC group Ig A、Ig G were significantly increased(p<0.01); two groups of IL-2 did not change significantly, control group IL-6、IL-8 had some degree of reduction, WBC group IL-6、IL-8 have increased to some extent, there was no statistically significant difference; IL-10 in the control group significantly lower(p<0.05), and WBC group IL-10 did not change.Conclusions:(1) Whole-body Cryostimulation treatment can ease muscle pain and swelling caused by strength training, reduce muscle secondary injury, another they can also improve the body’s anabolic level, accelerate the recovery of fatigue, improve the body’s functional status; at the same time,Whole-body Cryostimulation treatment has a positive effect for improving sleep, and the longer the time, the more obvious.(2) Whole-body Cryostimulation treatment can improve the activity of part of lymphocytes and immunoglobulin, improve immune suppression, immune imbalances caused by high-intensity training, improve the body’s immune function; a single intervention and multiple intervention had some effect;(3) Whole-body Cryostimulation treatment can activate the expression of some cytokines and enhance their efficacy on the inflammatory response, with good results in resistance, reduce muscle inflammation, they can accelerate the recovery of movement muscle damage and improve the body’s resistance and resistance to infection; compared with a single intervention.
