| Object:By comparing the separate use of atorvastatin and atorvastatin and compare the effect of coenzyme Q10 auxiliary routine dose of two groups of patients with liver function, to determine the preventive effect of coenzyme Q10 on atorvastatin drug related hepatic injury, so as to the clinical rational use of drugs, to provide the theoretical base。Methods:Selecting Pingyin County People’s Hospital in 2012 December to 2013 October in Department of internal medicine were diagnosed as ischemic stroke patients, consistent with the 2010, neuropathy, cerebrovascular disease group issued guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke China [1] Chinese Medical Association, a total of 77 cases, including 42 cases of male, 35 cases female. The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, one group is used alone atorvastatin group, based on routine treatment for stroke, oral atorvastatin 20mg/ late; second groups of atorvastatin and coenzyme Q10 group, which is based on 20mg/ of late in oral ah, supporting the use of coenzyme Q10, every time 20 mg, three times a day, combined treatment group. All the patients were determined before treatment in liver function after admission, and in the use of drugs for 2 weeks and after January, respectively, the liver function. The dynamic changes of liver function in patients with records, if transaminase elevation as normal reference values of more than three times, stop taking the medication. Exclusion criteria: 1 patients with acute, severe infection, severe metabolic and endocrine disorders, electrolyte disturbances, Yan Zhongshen dysfunction; hepatic function was abnormal in 2 patients, before treatment; 3, the use of statins in patients allergic or other clear taboo. The drug of statins in patients with 4, before treatment. Study on the changes of the two groups were measured in patients with liver function, data using the SPSS 17 statistical software for statistical analysis, measurement data with the mean standard deviation(X + s), using t test. P<0.05 showed significant difference.Result:1 、through the blood examination, can be found, two groups of patients after treatment, serum lipid levels were significantly decreased, and HDL increased the most obviously. The Atorvastatin group and atorvastatin and coenzyme Q10 group has obvious effect on reducing blood lipid levels of patients, and no significant difference between the patients reduce the efficacy of blood lipid level. No effect that coenzyme Q10 of atorvastatin hypolipidemic effect, will not increase or reduce the lipid-lowering effect of atorvastatin.2、 separate use of atorvastatin. The level of ALT in 2 weeks of medication, in January than before treatment significantly increased; the elevated level of ALT was positively correlated with the use of time is. Liver function and ALT level of atorvastatin and coenzyme Q10 group after 2 weeks significantly increased than before taking the medication in January; but after 2 weeks of medication than the level was decreased.3、Separate use of atorvastatin group and atorvastatin and coenzyme Q10 group compared with before treatment and after 2 weeks, no significant difference of ALT level, but the increasing amplitude ratio than single use of atorvastatin drugs is slightly lower, while medication after January combined with coenzyme Q10 in group ALT was significantly lower than that in the Atorvastatin groupConclusion:1、 coenzyme Q10 has damage to liver function using atorvastatin drugs cause certain protective effect.2、 compared with just 2 weeks and 1 months, with the extension of time for medication, the effect of coenzyme Q10 on reducing O liver function damage of atorvastatin drugs caused more obvious.3、 single use function of Atorvastatin Combined with coenzyme Q10 of atorvastatin in lowering blood lipids. |
