Objective:To summarize the analysis and post treatment of 32 Anastomotic fistula examples caused after 1080 colonic carcinoma patients in gastrointestinal surgery,2008.01.01-2014.01.01.Methods:Between 2008.01 to 2014.01,1124 patients who had undergo radical operation for colonic cancers were included in the study. In the 1124 patients, the clinical data of 32 patients who had postoperative Anastomotic fistula were analyzed. Compare effects of sex、age、overweighting、diabetes、hypoproteinemia, tumor location、methods of operation、time of operation and Dukes, ect. Results:The incidence of Anastomotic fistula after colonic carcinoma was 2.8%,23 in the left colonic carcinoma (23/499),1 in the transverse colonic carcinoma (1/112),8 in the right colonic carcinoma。(8/513). By the standard of Dukes,4 in stage A(4/178)、3 in stage B(3/123)、17 in stage C(17/535)、8 in stage D (8/288). During the 9 factors, sex、age、overweighting、diabetes、hypoproteinemia、tumor location、time of operation have statistical significance with the occurrence of Anastomotic fistula. Methods of operation、tumor location have no clear correlation with Anastomotic fistula. Conclusions:Anastomotic fistula often occurs in the left he-mi colon. A ppositive correlation between sex、age、overweighting、diabetes、hypoproteinemia、tumor location、time of operation and Anastomotic fistula is testified. Once Anastomotic fistulathe occurs, support and conservative treatment should be carrried out.
