The Clinical Detection Proportion Of NSPF And The Discussion Of Relationship Between NSPF And Small Airway Indexes

Objective:Analyze of the proportion of non-specific pulmonary function in results of all the pulmonary function test.Explore the relationship between NSPF and small airway indexes,as well as the clinical significance of NSPF.Methods:Review the cases of pulmonary function examination report in QiLu hospital of Shandong university during the period from 2014.04.22 to 2014.04.11.Summarize the cases of NSPF and its primary disease.The inclusion criteria of NSPF:(1)FEV1/FVC >70%; (2) FEV1 and FVC<80% predicted; (3) TLC or VC>80% predicted. Select 64 cases of normal pulmonary ventilation with TLC,100 cases of mild obstructive pulmonary ventilation dysfunction and mild restrictive pulmonary ventilation dysfunction as control groups; the inclusion criteria of mild obstructive group: FEV1/FVC<70%,60%≤FEV1%pred<80%; the inclusion criteria of mild restrictive group:FEV1/FVC≥70%,60%≤FEV1%pred<80%,TLC%pred<80%.We used SPSS19.0 software to analyze the characteristics of lung function parameters of the four groups, especially the PEF, MEF 75% pred, MEF 50% pred, MEF 25% pred and MMEF% pred.Results:1.Review 11315 copies of the 9240 subjects’ pulmonary function report,of which the NSPF are 114 cases.There are 35 cases of NSPF with TLC,and the number of NSPF with TLC in all subjects is 1023, NSPF accounting for 3.42%.2.According to the level of the PEF, MEF 75% pred, MEF 50% pred, MEF 25% pred,MMEF% pred of the four groups, the mild obstructive group is lowest, the NSPF is lower.Compared with the mild obstructive group, NSPF group has significantly high average value of small airway indexes(P<0.05).The average value of PEF% pred in NSPF group is within the normal range, while the average of MEF 75% pred, MEF 50% pred, MEF 25% pred, MMEF% pred is below the normal range, combined with the normal FEV1/FVC, VC or TLC, it is consistent with the diagnosis of small airway dysfunction.When it is compared with the mild restrictive group,the NSPF group has a low average value of small airway indexes(P<0.05).Select 35 cases of NSPF with TLC, and compare the RV% TLC with the normal group, we found that NSPF group has significantly abnormally elevated RV/TLC(43.34±11.01)than the normal group (29.11±5.93)(P<0.05).93 cases of the NSPF are with clear diagnoses or signs,48 cases are with respiratory disease, accounting for 52%, including asthma,chronic bronchitis, bronchiectasis,etc.Patients with non-respiratory disease are 45 cases, mainly are surgery preoperative examination patients.Conclusions:1.The NSPF is an independent and common pulmonary function.2.The NSPF suggests the presence of small airway dysfunction.3.Most patients of NSPF are relevant to respiratory diseases, and tend to be the obstructive diseases.
