| ObjectivesThis study of functional constipation in patients with qi deficiency type to the object, through the abdomen needle joint buzhong yiqi decoction in the treatment, to observe curative effect of patients before and after the treatment, and serum gastric secrete element, gastric dynamic element, substance P changes as the breakthrough point, new treatment options for control group at the same time, understand the abdominal needle joint filling type qi deficiency buzhong yiqi decoction in the treatment of constipation effect on gastrointestinal hormone, provide abdominal needle combined traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of functional constipation with biochemical index basis, to explore the treatment mechanism from the aspects of gastrointestinal hormone levels at the same time, provide the basis for functional constipation abdominal needle therapy and the scientific basis.MethodsThis study in guangdong hospital between September 2013 and February 2015 during outpatient and inpatient, into the clinical standard of 60 patients with functional constipation, by random grouping, will be included in the standard of 60 patients with qi deficiency type functional constipation was divided into 2 groups,30 cases of new treatment group respectively, the replacement of yiqi tonga subtraction oral treatment; Abdominal needle combined traditional Chinese medicine treatment group,30 cases, adopt the abdominal needle joint yiqi decoction in the treatment and treatment time were for a month. Between the two groups before and after treatment respectively for constipation primary symptom, time and related with accompanying symptom scores, by the comprehensive effect of integral as constipation curative effect judgement index to evaluate. Before and after treatment were detected the serum of patients with gastric secrete element, gastric dynamic element, substance P levels, statistics of two groups of symptoms score and the results of numerical change of gastrointestinal hormones. Will record the data input SPSS 19.0 software, expressed as a (X±S) on the experimental data, the experimental group before and after treatment the data comparison with paired t test, the comparison of the experimental group and control group data using two sample mean comparison group design in the paired t test, test level= 0.05, there was no statistically significant difference of P> 0.05, there was difference was statistically significant of P< 0.05. Result(1) The primary outcome indicators (score table): ①The main symptoms of constipation Rating:primary symptom score before and after the treatment, Chinese medicine treatment group reduction (7.80±3.33) (p<0.05), abdominal needle combined traditional Chinese medicine treatment way reduction (15.60 ±4.09) (p<0.05), Chinese medicine treatment group with abdominal needle points difference between traditional Chinese medicine treatment group comparison, p< 0.05, the difference was statistically significant, abdominal needle combined traditional Chinese medicine treatment group curative effect is relatively better than that of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group. ② Secondary symptoms Rating:Chinese medicine treatment group reduction (1.70±1.49) (p<0.05); Abdominal needle combined traditional Chinese medicine treatment group reduction (3.50±1.08) (P<0.05) Traditional Chinese medicine treatment group with abdominal needle points difference between traditional Chinese medicine treatment group comparison (P< 0.05, the difference was statistically significant, abdominal needle combined traditional Chinese medicine treatment group curative effect is relatively better than that of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group. ③ Associated symptoms rating:traditional Chinese medicine treatment group score reduced (5.20±2.25) (p<0.05), abdominal needle combined traditional Chinese medicine treatment group reduction (7.40±3.27) (p<0.05), Chinese medicine treatment group with abdominal needle points difference between traditional Chinese medicine treatment group comparison P> 0.05, there was no statistically significant difference, show no difference between the two groups of symptoms associated with efficacy. ④omprehensive curative effect evaluation:abdominal needle comprehensive curative effect of combined traditional Chinese medicine treatment group total effective rate was 100%,the efficiency of 50%, Chinese medicine treatment group comprehensive curative effect of the total effective rate was 86.67%, the efficiency is 16.67%. After two groups to compare the exact probability method, the total effective rate, P>0.05, there was no statistically significant difference, in total effective rate on the curative effect of two groups have no obvious difference; Significant efficiency are p<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, on the significant efficiency, abdominal needle combined traditional Chinese medicine treatment group has a better therapeutic effect.By visible on, abdominal needle combined traditional Chinese medicine treatment group therapy of disease on primary symptom of constipation and time effect is excellent, compared with the new comprehensive curative effect on also relatively new treatment group curative effect is more significant.(2) Secondary outcome indicators (gastrointestinal hormone level changes before and after the treatment):① Gastrin(GAS):both way comparison before and after treatment, p<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, that the two groups after treatment serum gastric secrete element are compared with the previous rise; Traditional Chinese medicine treatment group compared with abdominal needle joint between Chinese traditional medicine group after treatment p<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, abdominal needle combined traditional Chinese medicine treatment group after treatment serum levels of gastric secrete element increase is relatively traditional Chinese medicine treatment group. ② Motilin(MTL):both way comparison before and after treatment, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, that the two groups after treatment serum motilin dynamic element are compared with the previous rise; Traditional Chinese medicine treatment group compared with abdominal needle joint between Chinese traditional medicine group after treatment p<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, abdominal needle combined traditional Chinese medicine treatment group after treatment serum levels of motilin dynamic element increase is relatively traditional Chinese medicine treatment group. ③Substance P (SP):both way comparison before and after treatment, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, that the two groups after treatment serum levels of substance P were compared with the previous rise; Traditional Chinese medicine treatment group compared with abdominal needle joint between Chinese traditional medicine group after treatment P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, abdominal needle combined traditional Chinese medicine treatment group after treatment serum levels of substance P increase is relatively traditional Chinese medicine treatment group.Conclusion of the studyAbdominal needle combined traditional Chinese medicine treatment group with functional constipation primary symptom and syndrome curative effect is superior to the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group, and the overall curative effect evaluation, abdominal needle joint show efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group is superior to the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group. In respect of gastrointestinal hormone evaluation, abdominal needle combined traditional Chinese medicine treatment group after treatment serum gastric secrete element, motilin dynamic element, substance P levels rose significantly compared with the traditional Chinese medicine. So can speculate that abdominal needle combined traditional Chinese, medicine treatment of functional constipation may by improving the abnormal secretion of gastrointestinal hormones in order to achieve therapeutic purposes. |
