Each group of detecting self rating anxiety scale, self rating depression scale and EEG, skin resistance, blood volume pulse in the observation before and after, and record the value of every index. The control group during the observation period only psychological counseling, the acupuncture group psychological counseling on the basis of acupuncture Baihui(du20), Hegu (LI4)(double) point, Neiguan(PC6) (double) point Sanyinjiao(SP6) (double) point treatment. Treatment duration was 8 weeks, a total of two courses.ResultAfter the end of treatment, the acupuncture group and the control group (Theta, brain waves Alpha, Smr, Beta) were performed within group comparison. The control group before and after treatment, no significant difference (P> 0.05), acupuncture group of brain waves after treatment Alpha, Smr and Beta were increased (P< 0.05), EEG, Smr and Alpha elevated Beta said acupuncture combined with psychological counseling can enhance the electrical activity of the brain, abnormalities in patients with mood, self control improvement of Alpha in the two groups after treatment, Smr and Beta between two groups had significant difference (P<0.05), indicating that acupuncture combined with psychological treatment of brain electrical activity in methamphetamine addicts have effects in patients with abnormal emotions better than the control group.After the treatment of two groups of blood volume pulse to compare the group and control group before and after the comparison of numerical increase, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05), the decreased value of blood volume pulse acupuncture group after treatment, there is significant difference (P< 0.05). After treatment between the two groups, the acupuncture group and the blood volume pulse to reduce the obvious difference (P< 0.05. Blood volume pulse and heart rate are basically consistent, acupuncture group and control group before and after treatment the blood volume pulse number, were in the normal heart rate range.After the end of treatment, two groups of skin resistance values to compare the group, control group and no significant difference (P> 0.05), there is significant difference before and after acupuncture group (P< 0.05). After treatment between the two groups, the acupuncture group skin resistance decreased significantly, compared with the control group had significant difference (P< 0.05). The two groups were compared between the groups after treatment, two groups of self rating Anxiety Scale score had significant difference (P< 0.05). It is suggested that acupuncture treatment and psychological counseling combined with anxiety in methamphetamine patients table score standard score had improved, acupuncture combined with psychological counseling group scale score than those who receive psychological counseling group.Because the observation object in the SAS scale score of patients part the standard score less than 50 points, in the normal range, so the groups in SAS score standard score above 50, belongs to in the abnormal range methamphetamine addicts score analysis. The control group was abnormal in 14 cases of acupuncture group and 18 cases of abnormal, two groups of SAS scale score was lower after treatment, significant difference. Control group SAS scale score was still in the abnormal range, and the acupuncture group after treatment, the mean of less than 50, belong to the normal range. Acupuncture and psychological counseling on binding of methamphetamine addicts anxiety symptom improvement, than those who receive psychological counseling.The clinical study of comparison groups in former scale standard score above 50 methamphetamine addicts treatment after the total efficiency was found after treatment of anxiety symptoms, improve the total efficiency of acupuncture group accounted for 66.7% is observed, the control group was 35.7%, the total effective rate of the acupuncture group was higher than that in control group, but no statistical significance in two groups differences.After the end of treatment, the two groups of self rating Depression Scale score to compare the group, the control group after treatment than before treatment, no significant difference (P>0.05), acupuncture group of methamphetamine addicts after treatment than before treatment, SDS score decreased, with significant difference (P<0.05). After the end of treatment were compared between the two groups, the acupuncture group of methamphetamine addicts SDS score was lower than that of the control group, there was significant difference (P<0.05). It is suggested that acupuncture treatment and psychological counseling combined with depression scale for methamphetamine scores of patients with standard score had improved, and Depression Scale score than those who receive psychological counseling group.As the object of observation in a part of patients with SDS scale score standard score is less than 53, belong to in the normal range, so the groups in SDS score standard score above 53, belonging to the abnormal range methamphetamine addicts score were analyzed, of which 20 cases of abnormal control group and acupuncture group and 20 cases with abnormal results showed that,the control group, the SDS score after treatment is still in the abnormal range, and the acupuncture group after treatment, SDS scores in the normal range, compared with the control group had significant difference. It is suggested that acupuncture combined with psychological counseling to improve the effect of treatment for methamphetamine addicts depressive symptoms, better than the control group only psychological dredging therapy.The clinical study of comparison groups before finding the total efficiency of depressive symptoms in methamphetamine addicts were compared between the two groups after treatment, the total efficacy:improve depressive symptoms of acupuncture group was 77.8%,40% in the control group, acupuncture group, the total efficiency is better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05); it is suggested that acupuncture combined with psychological counseling therapeutic effect in the treatment of methamphetamine addiction patients improve depressive symptoms significantly, than those who receive psychological counseling.Conclusion1, acupuncture combined with psychological treatment for anxiety, depression, methamphetamine addiction in patients with abnormal improved role, especially for the treatment of depression with acupuncture combined with psychological counseling than those who receive psychological dredging therapy.2, acupuncture combined with psychological counseling may be by adjusting the electrical activity of the brain, skin resistance, thereby improving the body tension, anxiety, depression and other abnormal emotional inhibition. |
