The Study Of The Clinical Effecacy Of Zhixue Decoction On Hemorrhoidal Bleeding

ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effecacy of Zhixue decoction on hemorrhoidal bleeding and to seek an effective, economicial and practical approach to the treatment of the spleen deficiency and qi stagnation type of hemorrhoidal bleeding with the advantages of Chinese medicine.Methods70 patients were selected according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria and were divided randomly into the treatment group (n=35) treated with Zhixue decoction for 7 days and the control group (n=35) treated with Aosi Ming orally for 7 days. The scores of defecate haemorrhage and the scores of the change of hemorrhoidal mucous membrane of the patients will be observed and statistical analyzed respectively at the before, after receiveing medicine 3 days and 7days, evaluating the treatment effect.ResultsComparison between groups:The scores of defecate haemorrhage and the total scores of symptoms have statistical differences between the two groups after receiveing medicine 3 days P<0.05; The scores of the change of memorrhoidal mucous membrane between the two groups after receiveing medicine days have no statistical difference P> 0.05; The scores of defecate aemorrhage、the scores of the change of hemorrhoidal mucous membrane、the cotal scores of symptoms and the effecacy have statistical differences between ;he two groups after receiveing medicine 7 days P<0.05.Comparison in the treatment group:The scores of defecate haemorrhage、 ;he total scores of symptoms have statistical differences in the treatment ;roups between the before, after receiving medicine 3 days and 7 days, P< 0.01; The scores of the change of hemorrhoidal mucous membrane in the treatment ;roups between the before, after receiveing medicine 3 days have differences, P<0.05, Others have statistical differences P<0.01.Comparison in the control group:before treatment and third days after treatment, symptoms of hematocheziapoints total score difference was statistically significant in P<0.05, compared to that before treatment of hemorrhoid mucosal surfaces and third days after treatment the symptomintegral have no significant difference between P>0.05; after treatment for third days andseventh days after treatment of symptom score, treatment comparison of hemorrhoidmucosal surfaces after seventh days and third days after treatment the symptoms integral, total score was statistically significant P<0.05.Conclusion1. For the hemorrhoidial bleeding patients of the type of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation, the clinical effecacy of Zhixue decoction on hemorrhoidal bleeding and the change of hemorrhoidal mucous membrane is better than the control group.2. Zhixue decoction has the advantages of fast acting、high efficacy compared with the control group in the treatment of hemorrhoidal bleeding and the change of hemorrhoidal mucous membrane.3. Zhixue decoction is an effective new method for treatment of hemorrhoidal bleeding and is worth the clinical promotion and application.
