Clinical Effect Observation Of Changjining Party To Treat C-IBS Patients With Overlapping FD

Objective:This study aimed to investigate the efficacy of chinese herbal compound Changjining for C-IBS overlap FD of clinical symptoms and signs, gastric emptying rate, colonic transit rate impact. And through randomized controlled Mosapride tablet, comprehensive and objective evaluation of the clinical effectiveness of Changjining party. Lay the foundation for further development of treatment C-IBS overlap FD herbal preparations.Method:The study collected between December 2013 to December 2014, the Guangdong Provincial Second Hospital outpatient cases of C-IBS patients with overlapping FD in 60 cases. They were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group and the control group. The treatment groupof 30 patients took orally Traditional Chinese medicine of Changjining, daily one; The control group of 30 patients took orally Mosapride tablet,3 times a day by one. After course of eight weeks, the main symptoms were observed before and after treatment, signs, the rate of gastric emptying rate and colonic transit. Based on observations of different indicators and data were processed using the appropriate statistical methods x2 test, t test, etc by SPSS19.0 statistical analysis. All measurement data to±s (mean±standard deviation). P<0.05 was significant difference was statistically significant, a comprehensive evaluation of the clinical effectiveness of Changjining party was finally achieve.Results:1. Comparison of clinical syndromes:The treatment group cure markedly effective rate (cure rate+markedly effective, the same below) was 65.6%, markedly effective rate was 38.7% in the control group, both groups can improve C-IBS FD overlapping clinical syndromes, treatment group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2, Comparison of efficacy of two individual symptoms:The treatment group, abdominal distention markedly effective rate of 65.6%, markedly effective rate of 53.1% early satiety, abdominal pain markedly effective rate of 87.5%, markedly effective rate was 65.6% stool frequency, stool more significant rate of 56.3%, markedly effective rate was 71.9% bowel problems, defecation markedly effective rate was 65,6%. The control group, markedly effective rate 58.1% bloating discomfort, early satiety markedly effective rate of 48.4%, markedly effective rate was 32.3%, abdominal pain, stool frequency markedly effective rate of 45.2%, markedly effective rate was 22.6% stool, bowel problems more significant rate of 45.2%, markedly effective rate was 53.1% defecation. After statistical analysis, and comparison of the two groups were statistically different before treatment, indicating that both groups can improve symptoms. between the two groups syndromes, the treatment group were more significant differences than the control group.3, Two groups of gastric emptying comparison:The treatment group was 87.2% while normalization treatment group was 59.7%, both can improve gastric emptying, the treatment group were more significant differences than the control group, (p<0.05).4, Colonic transit rate comparison:The treatment group was 80.2% while normalization treatment group was 69.7%, the two groups can improve colonic transit, the treatment group were more significant differences than the control group, (p<0.05).5, In both groups during treatment adverse drug reactions was not seen.Conelusion:Comprehensive Evaluation of the results of this study, Changjining Treatment C-IBS overlap FD improvement in clinical symptoms, gastric emptying rate, colonic transit rate effect is significant, it is worth popularizing for the clinical treatment of C-IBS overlap FD effective traditional Chinese medicine.
