Effect Of Mosapride On Gadtric Empting In Healthy Volunteers With Ultrasonography

Objective: To investigate the effect of mosapride on the gastric emptying rate of healthy volunteers and analyze the feasibility of clinical application by using ultrasonic testing methods,so as to provide a new solution for clinical anesthesia to reduce the occurrence of perioperative aspiration and aspiration during perioperative period.Methods: Fifteen volunteers were selected as the study subjects.The subjects were physically and mentally healthy,aged 18-38 years,height 160-180 cm,and weight 45-70 kg.By self-control,two groups were divided into drinking milk plus vitamin C(M group)and drinking pure milk plus mosapride(MM group)15 cases in each group.After fasting and ban drinking,the subjects used ultrasound to examine the stomach in the right supine position.After fasting,the M group consumed 250 ml of pure milk plus vitamin C 0.1 g,and the MM group consumed 250 ml of pure milk plus mosampide 10 mg.Before and after drinking,drinking,30 min,60min,90 min,120min,150 min,and 180 min after drinking,the gastric antrum was measured by ultrasound.The examination process was in the right lateral position.The ultrasound was placed under the xiphoid process of the investigator and scanned from left to right to keep the probe and the researcher's body perpendicular.When the scan to the gastric antrum site was located above the pancreas below the left hepatic lobe,anatomy was visible in the deep.The vascular signs are frozen in the vascular abdominal aorta(Aorta),inferior vena cava(IVC)or superior mesenteric arterial vein(SMA,SMV)and by measuring two mutually perpendicular warp anteroposterior(AP)and head and tail diameters.(craniocaudal,CC)to measure the antral cross-sectional area(antral CSA).The formula is: CSA=?×AP×CC/4.The longitude and the widest part of the image of the gastric antrum needs to be taken for meridian measurement,and the distance should be measured to the serosal layer.The gastric volume(GV)was calculated by the cross-sectional area of the gastric antrum.The formula was: GV(ml)= 27.0 + 14.6 × right-latCSA-1.28 × age.Results: 1.There was no significant difference in CSA,gastric capacity and gastric emptying rate between the two groups before drinking,after drinking,30 min,and 150min(P>0.05).There was significant difference between 60 min,75min,90 min,105min,120 min,and 135min(P<0.05).2.Mean gastric emptying time in group M(145 ± 7.3 min)and The mean gastric emptying time(108.3 ± 6.2 min)in the MM group was statistically significant.3.There was no statistically significant difference in gastric volume between the two groups before and after gastric emptying.Conclusions: mosapride can effectively accelerate gastric emptying and reduce gastric volume without increasing basal gastric capacity.It is clinically useful for preventing reflux aspiration.
