ObjectivesThe objective of the experiment was to investigate the curative effects of low dose of polyethylene glycol(2L)combined with mosapride or lactulose application in bowel preparation for colonoscopy,to find a way for the better effective and less adverse reaction of the intestinal tract,to improve the efficiency of colonoscopy.MethodsIn this prospective trial,369 patients who underwent colonoscopy in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were collected randomly divided into three groups according to different preparation methods, each group of 123 cases were given as follows: The A group was simply taking a low dose of PEG,B group was taking a low dose of PEG combined with Mosapride, group C taking a low dose of PEG combined with lactulose.Endoscopists with single blind test do colonoscopy for patients. In the process of withdraw endoscopy, the Boston bowel preparation scale(Boston Bowel Preparation scale,BBPS)was used to access the intestinal cleanliness;and detailed records of patients with defecating frequency, frist defecation time, colonic polyps and adenoma detection rate after taking the medicine, and recorded the number of cases of nausea or vomiting, abdominal pain or abdominal distension.ResultsThere was no significant difference between the three groups in age,sex and other general data, and they were comparable.(1)There were statistically significant differences between the three groups in the satisfaction rate(?< 0.05),the C group was significantly better than the A group and the B group(?' < 0.0125),there was no significant difference between the A group and the B group(?'> 0.0125);(2)There were statistically significant differences between the three groups in the intestinal score, the number of defecation and the first defecation time(P<0.05).The C group was significantly better than A group and B group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the A group and the B group(P>0.05);(3)There was no statistically significant difference between the three groups in the detection rate of colorectal polyps and adenoma detection rate(?>0.05);(4)There were significant differences between the three groups(?< 0.05)in terms of adverse reactions, the B group and the C group were significantly lower than the A group(?'< 0.0125),there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the B group and the C group(?' > 0.0125).Conclusions(1)Lactulose combined with polyethylene glycol can significantly improve the bowel preparation effect, reduce adverse reactions, mosapride combined with polyethylene glycol in intestinal preparation can reduce the adverse reaction, but in improving the effect of bowel preparation had no obvious advantage.(2)It needs further research that the relationship between intestinal preparation and the rate of polyp detection and adenoma detection...
