| Objective:To study the expression of SOX4 and p53 in human gastric tissues, observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Zhenqifuzheng Capsule on the gastric cancer patients with chemotherapy.Methods:(1) The expressions of SOX4 and p53 in 120 cases of human gastric cancer tissues and normal gastric tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry, analyze the correlations between the expression of SOX4 and p53 alone or the coexpression and the sex, age, tumor differentiation as well as tumor invasion depth. (2) 60 patients with gastric cancer with surgical treatment were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, those patients were no differences (P>0.05) in sex, age, tumor grade and so on. The treatment group was received chemotherapy comblined with Zhenqifuzheng capsule:Zhengifuzheng capsules, oral,6/times,2 times/day, totaly 6 cycles; The control group was performed PFC/EOF regimen only for 6 cycles. After the treatment, all patients were checked the blood routine, kidney function, blood serum SIL-2R, T cell sorting, lung infection, as well as the karnofsky score.Results:(1) The expression of SOX4 and p53 in human gastric cancer tissues (87.50% and 51.67%) were significantly higher than the normal (0% and 3.33%) (P 0.05); The expression of SOX4 in poorly differentiated gastric cancer group(87.50%),61-76-year-old age group (85.71%) and cancer stage Ⅱ group(64.55%) were significantly higher than the well differentiated group (35.90%), the other age groups and gastric IA～IB period group (0%) (P<0.05); The expression of p53 in gastric II period (88.60%) group and gastric ⅢA-ⅢB group (91.17%) were higher than gastric ⅠA～ⅠB period group (57.14%) (P<0.05). The expression of both SXO4 and p53 in gastric carcinoma were raised, but had no statistical difference (P> 0.05). (2) Compared with the control group, the white blood cells, hemoglobin and platelets of treatment group patients were decreased, the number of patients with hepatic impaiment was reduced (P<0.05), the T cell classification and the number of NK cells were raised, the SIL-2R in blood and the number of patients with pulmonary infection was decreased (P<0,05), the scores of karnofsky was increased (p<0.05).Conclusion:(1) The expression of SXO4 and P53 in human gastric tissues is upregulated, the expression of SOX4 was highly correlated with age, tumor differentiation and depth of invasion-related; p53 was closely related to the depth of invasion-related, but the expression between p53 and SXO4 was no difference; (2) the Zhenqifuzheng Capsule could protect patients against chemotherapy injury, improve the patients, immunity, reduce postoperative pulmonary infection. |
