Objective:To clarify the effects of quality control on survival time of patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), the survival data of patients in controlled and uncontrolled group, who underwent resection due to NSCLC,were respectively analyzed by using the standard of quality control of the 2011 Ministry of Health "standard of primary lung cancer diagnosis and treatment"。Methods:Analyzed retrospectively from January 2002 to August 2013 surgical removal of the data of 790 cases patients with non-small cell lung cancer, with 2011 surgery quality control standard of the ministry of health of lung cancer diagnosis and treatment will be selected cases grouped; Quality control standard group 361 examples, male 231 cases,130 cases of female; Quality uncontrol standard group 429 examples, male 429, female 127 cases. Kaplan Meier-method is used to compare the cumulative survival rate and the median survival time, and compare the standard group and falls below the postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy effects on prognosis. Results:In 2011 the ministry of health of the rules of primary lung cancer diagnosis and treatment quality control standard analysis of surgical success rate was 42.87%. Quality control standards group of 1,3,5 year survival rate is respectively:90.1%,67.4%,57.2%, the median survival time is 62.92 months; Quality uncontrol standard group were 85.9%,46.7%,30.4%, the median surial was 45.61 months, with statistical significance (P< 0.05). Operation quality control standard of postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy in non-small cell lung cancer survival is superior to the quality control is not standard of non-small cell lung cancer patients.Conclusion:non-small cell lung cancer surgery should be strictly follow a certain standard of quality control, as far as possible to achieve complete resection, and improve the accuracy of the postoperative stage, provide the basis for the follow-up treatment, improve the prognosis of patients.
