| Purpose: The progress of chronic renal failure has a close relationship with uremic toxins.In this topic, by copying 5/6 renal failure model in rats,detect the contents of uremic toxins.By observing the intervention effects of chronic renal failure of the polyester poison enema,experimental basis for clinical use of polyester poison enema enema therapy treat chronic renal failure was provided.Method: Cleaner 80 big healthy SD rats(half male and half female),eight-weeks old,weight 200~250g.Adaptive feeding 1 week.Randomly selected 12 rats as a blank control group(control),The rest 68 rats do 5/6 nephrectomy replication of chronic renal failure model.Divided the 50 rats randomly and successfully model-building rats into three groups,as model control group,western medicine treatment group and Chinese medicine treatment group,a total of four groups. Give the rats of each blank control group and model control group 10ml/kg distilled water,1 time/day, retained enema.Chinese medicine treatment group: each rat poison polyester decoction enema party 10ml/kg(2.6g per milliliter containing raw medicinal materials),1 time/day,retained enema.After 8 weeks, observed the general condition of the rats,determinate the red blood cells, creatinine,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,indole phenol sulfate, sulfuric acid,BHT,homocysteine levels,detection of faeces indole phenol and cresol content.Use the SPSS19.0 statistical software to do the statistical processing.Result:Chinese medicine treatment group compare with Medicinal charcoal p iece set group,after treating,the rats weight of the two groups both incr eased(P<0.05),and the result of the Chinese medicine treatment group is much better than the Medicinal charcoal piece set group(P<0.05);Medicin al charcoal piece set group the Chinese medicine treatment group has a si gnificant increasement in hemoglobin content(P<0.05),serum creatinine,uri ne nitrogen content decreased(P<0.05).Blood indole phenol sulfate content decreased obviously(P<0.05).The downturn in the indole phenl content in feces which was statistically significant(P<0.05),blood BHT sulfate conte nt decreased obviously(P<0.05),The downturn in the Blood BHT sulfate cont ent in feces which was statistically significant(P<0.05),blood homocyst eine levels decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion: Polyester poison enema can improve the general situation of rats chronic renal failure,reduce treatment and blood urea nitrogen,correct anemia, reduce the cresol indole phenol sulfate,sulfuric acid,homocysteine,inceeasing indole in feces of phenol,cresol.Poison, polyester enema uremic toxin levels, reduce renal failure rats in patients with renal failure progress, has certain protective effect on renal function, may be related to its role in promoting the elimination of the uremic toxins, reducing the generation of uremia, does not rule out the drug itself kidney protection. |
