| Objective: This study used a rat model of chronic emotional stress and anxiety as the research object, from a praxiology point of view, and the change of content and ration of Glu\GABA in the hippocampal of rats to explore the anxiolytic effects of acupuncture combined with music theapy. In order to study the central mechanism of action of anxiety treatment by acupuncture combined with music theapy. Be able to provide a scientific basis and foundation for the application and promotion of anxiety treatment. Also to provide new ideas for pathogenesis research of anxiety disorder. Methods: 50 male SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group(BC), anxiety model group(AM),acupuncture therapy group(AT),music therapy group(MT) and acupuncture combined with music theapy group(AMT). 10 rats in each group. In addition to the BC,the other four groups of animals were used in unpredictable chronic emotional stress method(Chronic Emotional Stress,(CES))to make anxiety model. Meanwhile, the AT acupunctured the "Baihui", "Neiguan" and "Sanyinjiao" points of rats;the MT played soothing music;and the AMT gave acupuncture treatment and music therapy. Once a day for 21 days. All animals were weighed at the day 1,day7,day14,day 21 to compare the changes of weights of each group. Observed the changes of behavior of rats at different hours: before experiment, the day7,14 and 21. After experiment extracted the hippocampus of rats of each group to detect Glu and GABA contect of each group by using high efficiency liquid chromatography. The results:1. The weight changeAfter 21 days of modeling and treatment, weight gain in rats had different changes. The results showed that compared with BC,the weight gain of animals ineach group decreased significantly(P<0.01);compared with AM,AT,MT and ATM groups, weight gain was significantly higher(P<0.01); There was no significant difference between AT, MT and ATM.(P>0.05).2. Behavioral test2.1 Elevated plus maze2.1.1 OT%Compared with the BC,the AM,AT,MT and ATM groups’ OT% values significantly decreased(P<0.01 or P<0.05) after day 7 and 14;after day 21,the AM ‘s OT% values significantly decreased(P<0.01);AT,MT and ATM groups’ OT% value was close to the control group(P>0.05). There was no significant difference between AT, MT and ATM.(P>0.05).Compared with the AM, the AT, MT and ATM groups significantly increased on day 7 and 21( P<0.01). On day 14, the AT,MT groups significantly increased(P... |
