Objective The Clinical Observation aims to the less controllability and complex problem of the current massage technique in treating the Thoracic Spinal Little Joints Disorder.We choose the method of Thoracic Spinal Backward-Lift to treat the Thoracic Spinal Little Joints Disorder with the experience of Supervisor, and compared to traditional technique massage methods, to find a security effective method in Treating Thoracic Spinal Little Joints Disorder. Methods:Research meet the diagnosis, inclusion, exclusion criteria of the subjects of 60 cases.This cases will random separate from the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group will use the Thoracic Spinal Backward-Lift method and the control group will use normal massage method in treatment.Then observed and analyzed the changes of pain index(PPI) 、symptom scores and deal with the relevant data for statistical analysis. Results1 After the treatment, both two group cases have a significantly different comparing their own group of pain index(PPI) and signs of symptom scores when after the paired sample t test, with a statistically significant between two groups(P< 0.05),2 After the treatment, by using the rank and inspection and independent sample t-test,the pain index(PPI) and signs of symptom scores have the remarkably changes in the treatment and control group, the changes detected have a remarkably difference(P< 0.05).3 After the treatment,the improvement rate between two group have no significant differences in rank sum test,the difference between have no statistically significant(P>0.05),Conclusion The research shown that both groups can effectively improve the pain and symptoms of Thoracic Spinal Little Joints Disorder patients.But the Thoracic Spinal Backward-Lift method have no remarkably difference with the normal massage method,combined with the Thoracic Spinal Backward-Lift method its own advantages of light、less time operate、high location accuracy and easy to accept, so we can think the Thoracic Spinal Backward-Lift method is an effective and worth promoting treatment in the clinical.
