Observation The Comprehensive Effect Of Jinshuifuzheng Paste Point-application With COPD Stabilization Based On The Theory For Prevent Disease Recurrence After Recovery

Objective:To observe the comprehensive curative effect of jinshuifuzheng paste point-application on 72 patients with COPD stabilization;This offers clinical trials evidence with prevention and treatment the COPD,based on the theory for prevent illness recurrence after recovery.Methods:Using a randomized, single-blind, parallel-group study method to select 72 stable COPD patients who meet the inclusion criteria and divide these patients into treatment group and collating group with each group 36 cases. The treatment group and control group were under the conventional western medicine treatment, treatment group was given jinshuifuzheng paste point-application intervention and control group was given corn paste(simulation agent) point-application. Once every 10 days,three times for a course, total is two courses.Follow up one year. Observation of pulmonary function,CAT scores, hospitalization time, admission times and total medical cost of hospitalizations within a year before and after the test.Results:26 cases was rejected and shed during the whole process of observation.Eventually,the number was 46 cases of patients.Treatment group were 24 casesand control group were 22 cases.(1)Baseline data analysis of the test before the two groups in gender,age,course of disease, pulmonary function and CAT scores had no significant difference.It is comparable.(2)The CAT scores of two groups tests before and after comparison in the group,two groups were decreased.The treatment group(P<0.01)and control group(P<0.05).After test comparison between groups,CAT scores of treatment group decline is better than that of control group(P<0.01).(3)To compare the two groups in the pulmonary function before and after the test,treatment group FEV1%PR has improved,(P<0.01),but FEV1 improvement is not obvious( P>0.05);The control lung function FEV1 and FEV1%PR decreased(P<0.01).After test comparison between groups,FEV1 and FEV1%PR of treatment group has no significant than that of control group(P>0.05).(4) After test, the admission times for treatment group patients, hospitalization time and total medical cost of hospitalizations within a year than the control group(P<0.05,P<0.05, P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on the clinical effect of 46 patients with COPD stabilization for a year observation, it is preliminarily confirmed that jinshuifuzheng paste point-application of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment the curative effect of prevention and treatment of the disease.The results show that jinshuifuzheng paste point-application can improve the symptoms of patients with COPD stabilization and delay the lung function decline. To a certain extent,control the disease condition(risk).It not only can improve the symptom of the patients with COPD stability and quality of life, but also can reduce hospitalization time,admission times and medical cost.It can provide a simple and cheap intervention method for patients with COPDstability,reflecting the traditional Chinese medicine “prevent disease- recover from illness defense recurrence” characteristics and advantages with a high clinical value.
