Clinical Observation Of Guiyuan Paste And Yongquan Point Application In The Treatment Of Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

Purpose:Observe the clinical efficacy of Guiyuan Tie acupoint application in the treatment of maintenance hemodialysis patients,and explore the effect of acupoint application therapy on the long-term clinical symptoms of maintenance hemodialysis patients that cannot be relieved.It is a good method for the treatment of maintenance hemodialysis patients with traditional Chinese medicine.Provide basis for clinical application.Material and method:This study selected 58 patients with maintenance hemodialysis in the Blood Purification Center of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to December 2020 and met the inclusion criteria as the research objects,37 cases in the treatment group and 21 cases in the control group.Both groups were treated with(1)maintenance hemodialysis;(2)blood pressure control;(3)correction of anemia;(4)symptomatic treatment: correction of electrolyte disturbances and maintenance of acid-base balance and other basic treatments;treatment group was based on the control group The Chinese medicine patch is added with Guiyuan Paste,which is applied to the Yongquan acupoint of the feet every night when sleeping.It is applied 6 days a week for a total of 4 weeks.Observe the quantitative scores of TCM clinical symptoms and physical and chemical examination indexes of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,and conduct statistical analysis.Results:1.In terms of TCM syndrome scores,the total effective rate of the treatment group was21.62%,and that of the control group was 0%.The treatment group was superior to the control group in the treatment of TCM symptoms(P<0.05).2.In terms of single symptom treatment in traditional Chinese medicine,the symptoms of cold limbs and nausea in the treatment group were statistically different from those before treatment(P<0.05).There were significant statistical differences in fatigue,fatigue,poor appetite,and soreness of the waist and knees in the treatment group(P<0.05).0.01),there was no statistical difference in other symptoms before and after treatment(P>0.05);in the treatment group,except for the lower back pain that was more severe than before(P<0.05),there was no statistical difference in other symptoms before and after treatment(P>0.05).3.Physical and chemical examinations of the two groups of patients: hemoglobin,platelets,blood calcium,blood phosphorus,blood urea nitrogen,blood creatinine,blood uric acid,parathyroid hormone,ferritin,and blood pressure before and after the machine were both before and after treatment.There was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Guiyuan paste Yongquan acupoint application can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of maintenance hemodialysis patients,and its usage is simple and safe,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and further research.
