The Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Lupus Nephritis With Yishenyangyin Admixture

Objective: Through the observation of clinical effect and safety on the treatment using Yishenyangyin Admixture combine with Glucocorticoid and Leflunomide on patient with Lupus nephritis(The Deficiency Of Qi And Yin Type), explore the influence of Yishenyangyin Admixture on reducing Proteinuria and withdrawing Glucocorticoid to Lupus nephritis, in order to offer a safety and effective way of treating LN.Methods: According to the principle of random grouping, controlled trial, 64 patients with Lupus nephritis were enrolled and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, ench group has 32 patients. experimental group was given Yishenyangyin Admixture combine with Prednisone acetate tablets and Leflunomide tablet. Control group was given Prednisone acetate tablets and Leflunomide tablet. Both 2 groups were observed for 60 days, simultaneous record the change of treatmeat effect, clinical symptom, total points of TCM symptoms, SLEDAI scoring and the indicators of therapeutic effect, just as ESR, CRP, WBC, PLT, ALB, 24-hour urinary protein quantity, urine routines, Complement C3, SCr, BUN. Observe and record the indicators of safety just as routine stool test body temperature, blood pressure, pulse, electrocardiogram, the usage amount of glucocorticoid before and after treatment, the adverse reactions and treatment. Research and analysis the clinical effect of using Yishenyangyin Admixture combine with Glucocorticoid and Leflunomide to treat patient with Lupus nephritis(The Deficiency Of Qi And Yin Type), and to explore the influence of Yishenyangyin Admixture on Proteinuria reducing and Corticosteroid withdrawal.Results: 1. To make a comparison of the clinical effect between 2 groups, the total effective rate of experimental group is 83.33%, and control group is 70%. To make a comparison ofthe total effective rate between experimental group and control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). 2. To make a comparison of the effect of TCM syndromes between 2 groups, experimental group is better than control group, the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05). 3. After treatment, both 2 groups can improve clinical symptoms and reduce syndrom integral, and experimental group is more evident than control group(P<0.05). 4. Both 2 groups can improve ESR,CRP,SCr,BUN,WBC,C3,ALB, PLT,24-hour urinary protein quantity(P<0.05)obviously. Experimental group was much better than the control group on CRP, 24-hour urinary protein quantity(P<0.01), But there is no obvious difference on improving PLT between experimental group and control group( P>0.05). 5. After treatment, the dosage of glucocorticoid in both 2 groups were reduced, and experimental group is more obvious than control group.Conclusion: It is much better to use Yishenyangyin Admixture combine with Glucocorticoid and Leflunomide than just use Glucocorticoid and Leflunomide on the treatment of Lupus nephritis(The Deficiency Of Qi And Yin Type), especially in the aspects of disease curative effect, syndrome curative effect, laboratory index and Corticosteroid withdrawal, and with less adverse reactions. So Yishenyangyin Admixture is a safety and effective medicine on the treatment of Lupus nephritis, and also Yishenyangyin Admixture is good for Corticosteroid withdrawal.
