ObjectiveThis study is a retrospective analysis of 91 patients’clinical files, while those patients are all with kidney deficiency and lupus nephritis (LN). As a will to make development of modern Chinese Medicine, we make this study within discussing the relations between the type of syndrome and immune deposits, included component, strength, position. Moreover, this study is to discuss the differentiation rules from the pathology, so that to provide objective evidence to combine the macroscopic dialectical and micro change.MethodAccording to the diagnostic criteria of Common syndrome type of Chinese medicine, which announced by China Association of Chinese medicine diagnostics of Chinese medicine branch in 2008,91 patient are divided into the three groups, included kidney yin deficiency, kidney yang deficiency, kidney yin and Yang deficiency. Respectively discuss the relations between the type of syndrome and immune deposits, included component, strength, position.ResultFrom analyzing the SLEDAI, compared group kidney yin and yang deficiency with group kidney yin deficiency and group kidney yang deficiency, the SLEDAI both get higher (P< 0.05). And there is no significant difference between group kidney yang deficiency and group kidney yin deficiency (P>0.05). From analyzing the amount of the deposition species, compared group kidney yin and yang deficiency with group kidney yin deficiency and group kidney yang deficiency, the amount of the deposition species both get more (P<0.05). There is no significant difference between group kidney yang deficiency and group kidney yin deficiency. From analyzing the form of the deposition species, we found no significant relations in group kidney yang deficiency and group kidney yin deficiency (all the Chi square P values>0.05). But the form with IgG maybe relate to kidney yin and yang deficiency. Further study is needing to be proved. From analyzing the the strength of immune deposits, compared group kidney yin and yang deficiency with group kidney yin deficiency and group kidney yang deficiency, the immune deposits with C3 and total deposition strength both get higher (P< 0.05). According to the analysis in the position of immune deposits, we found no significant relations in three(all the Chi square P values>0.05).Conclusion(1) There is no significant relations between Kidney yang deficiency and deposition species, including the amount of the deposition species, the form of the deposition species, the strength of immune deposits, the position of immune deposits. Compare with group Kidney yin deficiency, there is no significant difference in SLEDAI, the amount of the deposition species, the strength of immune deposits. Compare with group Kidney yin and yang deficiency, the SLEDAI get less, the amount of the deposition species get less, the strength of immune deposits with IgG, C3, and total deposition strength get weaker.(2) There is no significant relations between Kidney yin deficiency and deposition species, including the amount of the deposition species, the form of the deposition species, the strength of immune deposits, the position of immune deposits. Compare with group Kidney yang deficiency, there is no significant difference in SLEDAI, the amount of the deposition species, the strength of immune deposits. Compare with group Kidney yin and yang deficiency, the SLEDAI get less, the amount of the deposition species get less, the strength of immune deposits with C3, and total deposition strength.(3) In group kidney yin and yang deficiency, the SLEDAI both get higher, which is more 10, the amount of the deposition species both get more, which is more than 4, the strength of immune deposits with C3, and total deposition strength get stronger. And group kidney yin and yang deficiency is related to the form with IgA+IgG+IgM+C3+Fi.
