The Clinical Experience Of Professor Tang On Determining Treatment On The Basis Of Static Blood To Treat Degenerativ Lumbar Spinal Stenosis

Objective :To systematically summarize the clinical experience of professor tang on treating lumbar spinal stenosis.through observing the clinical curative effect of the method of quicken the blood and transform stasis to treat the disease.And to offer instruction on treating LSS by using the tradition Chinese medicine.Methods:1.Sixty patients who were admitted to the investigation were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30) and control group(n=30).2.The Bone Impediment Decoction was given the treatment group for 12 weeks,while the Freeing Waist Impediment Capsule was given to control group.3.The VAS、JOA and TCM syndromes integral were used to assess the efficacy before and after the treatment.The blood routine and liver、renal function were used to assess the safety.4.All the data management and analysis were accomplished by the SPSS17.0 software.Then comprehensively assess the clinical curative effect of the method of quicken the blood and transform stasis to treat the disease.Results:1.Clinic research:(1)VAS:Both two groups could decrease VAS,while there was better effective in treatment group(P<0.05).(2)JOA:Both two groups could rise JOA,while there was better effective in treatment group(P<0.05).(3)The improvement rate of JOA:The total effective rate in treatment group was 80% while that in control group was 53.3%,there was significant difference between two groups.(4)TCM syndromes integral:The total effective rate in treatment group was 83.3% while that in control group was 60%,there was significant difference between two groups.(5)The followw-up after treatment,the recurrence rateof treatment group was13.6%,while that in control group was 31.2%.The efficacy of treatment group was more stable than the control group.(6)Toxic and side effect:No significant toxic and side effect was observed during the research.2.The main clinical experiences:(1)Combine identifying patterns and administer treatment with identifying diseases and administer treatment.(2)The use of clinical prescription drugs according to the familiar with traditional Chinese medicine theory.(3)Take advantage of both traditional Chinese and western medicine.(4) Pre- vention come first and be more important than treatment.Conclusion:The Professor Tang’s method of quicken the blood and transform stasis to treat lumbar spinal stenosis could improve clinical symptoms stably and safely and offer instruction on treating DLSS through using the tradition Chinese medicine,worthy of further research and clinical application.
