To Discuss The Relationship Between Mecism Of Pyloric Canal And Dysfunction Of Intrathoracic Gastric Emptying After Resection Of Esophageal Carcinoma

Objective Explore pyloric canal is too long for the influence of postoperative esophageal cancer effect a radical cure dysfunction of gastric emptying,discuss the dysfunction of gastric emptying related to esophageal cancer radical surgery diagnostic criteria and clinical intervention treatment.Methods Retrospective analysis 268 patients with esophageal cancer who were hospitalization and surgery treatment in Anqing Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University in June 2013 to December 2014.In the 268 patients with esophageal cancer data,Which have been ruled out Pyloric obstruction,Gastrointestinal ulcers, high blood pressure, diabetes,cancer distant metastasis, and so on.For the selected patients’ gender, age, tumor stage, preoperative imaging of upper gastrointestinal tract is shown in pyloric tube length were retrospectively analyzed.In discussing the pylorus tube is too long for the influence of postoperative esophageal cancer effect a radical cure dysfunction of gastric emptying.Will be shown in according to the preoperative imaging of upper gastrointestinal tract in patients with pyloric canal length is divided into pyloric canal is too long and pyloric tube normal group,compare two groups of postoperative chest incidence of dysfunction of gastric emptying.The dysfunction of gastric emptying related to esophageal cancer radical surgery related discussion diagnostic criteria and treatment interventions.Results Long group of 36 patients with pyloric canal,5 dysfunction of gastric emptying and the incidence of 13.89%;Pyloric canal of 232 patients with normal group,incidence of dysfunction of gastric emptying of eight, 3.45%.Onset time occurred in 5 to 7 days 1, 8-10 day 6, 11-13 days 3, three more than 13 days.Onset age 51 to 60 years old patients with 2, 61-70- year- old four patients, 70 patients over the age of seven.Psychological intervention, gastrointestinal decompression and enteral nutrition support, promote gastrointestinal use relevant treatment methods, such as the integrated use of drugs, patients with better treatment effect.Conclusion In esophageal cancer effect a radical cure pyloric canal is too long patients prone to postoperative dysfunction of gastric emptying;More than 8 to 10 days after surgery;Age patients prone to disease;Gender, age, tumor stage in patients with pyloric canal length of no effect.For pyloric canal is too long patients, clinical diagnosis and treatment process to do early found early treatment.
