Lung cancer is one of the most common malignant tumor in our country. National cancer registry according to the latest figures released in 2014, 2011, 651100 new cases in China(male 441400, female 441400), first in malignant tumors(first in men and 2 women), accounted for 19.31% of new cases of malignant tumors(male 23. 01%, female 14. 01%). Lung cancer incidence of a disease as of 48.32/10(63.90/10 men, women of 31.93/10). At the same time, our country lung cancer deaths in 529200(male 364400, female 364400), accounting for 25.04% of the malignant tumor death(male 27.08%, female 21. 47%). Lung cancer mortality rate of 39.27/10(52.76/10 men, women of 25.08/10). Therefore, early detection treated early become very necessary measures, but currently the lack of specificity of detection method, lead to clinical diagnosis of lung cancer had already belong to middle-late, in high-risk groups are beneficial to the early detection of lung cancer screening for early lung cancer, improve the cure rate.Purpose:This study intends to apply Mimics system of conventional CT in patients with lung cancer continuous acquisition of image building of patients with lung cancer imaging library, and analyze the collected data, in order to provide a new index for early diagnosis and curative effect assessment.Materials and equipment:1 clinical data:Closed courtyard 2014.01.01 self- 2015. 01.20 and oncology 40 patients with lung cancer between CT thin layer scanning imaging picture.2 equipment model: Siemens multislice CT or more sources.3 the name of software database: Mimics15.0.4 The experimental data: chemotherapy before two size, surface area, volume numerical- two diameter, surface area, volume numerical after chemotherapy.Results:Conventional CT images of 40 patients with lung cancer chemotherapy before and after the two size, surface area, volume numerical data collection, database is established, and compared the data before and after chemotherapy, prompt double diameter and volume before and after chemotherapy according to the proportion between positive correlation.Conclusions:1 Establish a lung cancer patient CT database.2 According to the proportion between double diameter and volume before and after chemotherapy, the volume can be used as a curative effect evaluation index.
