Objective: to evaluate the effect of simple and standardized syndrome differentiation in the treatment of lung adenocarcinoma. Methods: selected 48 cases of lung adenocarcinoma patients were random lydivided into control group and treatment group 24 cases, control group using conventional western medicine treatment, the treatment group on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment with contracted standa rdization of TCM syndrome differentiation treatment, respectively,to observe and compare the curative effect evaluation index in different stages of the two groups of patients before and after treatment(syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine, target lesion,progression-free survival, survival rate, tumor markers CEA and CA125,KPS score)and adverse drug reactions. Results: the treatment group was better than the control group in alleviating clinical symptoms, stabilizing tumor lesions, extending survival, improving physical condition and survival rate(P < 0.05).However,there was no significant difference between the two groups in reducing serum CEAand CA125 levels. Conclusion:on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment of combined use of contracted standardization of TCM syndrome differentiat ion treatment can more effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with lung adenocarcinoma and physical conditions, stabilize the tumor lesion, prolong patient survival, improve survival rate, worthy of clinical promotion, for the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine better provide certain theoretical basis for the treatment of lung adenocarcinoma and feasible thinking method.
