Fujian Hakka Medical Research

Fujian Hakka medicine not only retains the Central Plains of antiquity, but also absorbs the essence of local folk medicine and health care, which is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine. But about Fujian Hakka medical research data of zero zero sporadic, it failed to carry on the system, overall arrangement, research and promotion, which brings many difficulties for the summary of the Hakka medical culture historical origin, inheritance, evolution and development. Further to dig, discussion and summary, convenient for daily health care, health care, medical reference and enrich the traditional medicine culture. Therefore, in order to further mining and summary of Fujian Hakka culture of medicine and being good to provide reference for medical treatment and people’s health care, as well as enriching traditional medicine culture, this study, Fujian Hakka medicine as the object, makes deeply discussion.From the medicine and humanities’ view, combining the field investigation and literature data collection and collation and fusing the methods about literature, sociology, history, medicine and others, this thesis is to arrange and analysis the whole theory of Fujian Hakka medical literature, research its development history, regularity and influence, and summarize the rich connotation of Hakka in Fujian medicine preliminarily. The content is divided into six parts:the first part describes Fujian Hakka medicine cultural background, including the distribution of Fujian Hakka area, the human geography environment on breeding Fujian Hakka medicine and medical origin of Fujian Hakka medicine development; the second part discusses the situation of Fujian Hakka medical research; the third part introduces parts of Fujian Hakka physicians; the fourth part summarizes the Fujian Hakka medical literatures; the fifth part mines herbs of Fujian Hakka and its connotation, focusing on Chinese herbal that has the Fujian Hakka characteristics; the sixth part is the article’s conclusion, mainly discusses including Fujian Hakka medicine and Fujian human geography, social development association, Fujian Hakka medicine and traditional Chinese medicine the commonness and individuality, the rich scientific connotation of Fujian Hakka medicine, the uses of Fujian Hakka medicine in Taiwan, the foreign exchange as well as the role of Fujian Hakka medical problems and solutions.
