Clinical Curative Effect Observasion Of Duhuojisheng Decoction Fumigation For The Joint Stiffness After Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction Of Knee Joint

Objective:Observation the effectiveness of Duhuojisheng Decoction fumigation on joint stiffness after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction of the knee joint, and analyze the compatibility rules and modern pharmacological effects, for better application in clinical foundation.Methods:During the period of July of 2013 to October of 2014,60 patients were collected,in the orthopedic department of our hospital,who with joint stiffness after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction of the knee joint, they were randomized into a experimental group (washing with Chinese Herbs)and a control group(routine training group),each group had 30 patients respectively.Two groups of patients underwent routine training, general training including continuous passive motion and stock four myo-strength training experimental group was gave the Duhuojisheng Decoction fumigation therapy on the basis of routine training, outcome measures:pain score (VAS); the degree of joint swelling; the thigh muscle atrophy degree; activity of the knee joint (ROM):the evaluation of knee joint function (Lysholm score). Observe and record the two groups of patients after 2 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks, the detection of indicators. All data were analyzed by statistical software SPSS20.0, the statistical differences between treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:(1) there was no significant difference in general data of two groups of patients (P>0.05),it was comparable; (2) Compared with the control group, the VAS,swollen degree,quadficeps wasting degree,ROM and Lysholm score in the treatment group were all found to be significantly different for 2 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks (p<0.05);(The process of the rehabilitation treatment in the treatment group showed no adverse reaction.Conclusion:Duhuojisheng Decoction fumigation can alleviate the swelling and pain of knee joint in patients who with joint stiffness after the anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction of knee joint, improving the function of knee joint; Duhuojisheng Decoction has the advantages of simple operation, low price, and the clinical curative effect isaccurate,on the recovery of joint stiffness after the anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction of knee joint, it can be widely used in clinic.
