Invigorate The Circulation Of Analgesic Soup Subtraction Therapy With Anterior Cervical Decompression Combined With Bone Grafting And Titanium Plate Fixation For Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy Curative Effect Observation

Purposes:Observing Anterior Cervical Decompression Combine with Bone Grafting and Titanium Plate Fixation with Invigorate the circulation of analgesic soup therapy for Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy effects and estimating the differences between the operation group and operation group.Subjects:In accordance with low Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy criteria,Cases were chosen from the Peolle’s hospital affiliated to fujan university of traditional Chinese medicine.The whole experiment lasted from,January 2014 to December,2014. Conform to the standard of patients with a total of 60 cases,28 cases of men, women, 22 cases.The 60 patients were randomly devided into two groups by the single-blind control method. They are experimental group(operation with Invigorate the circulation of analgesic soup group)and contrast group(only operation),They were thoroughly observed after operation on the third day,and first week, the second week, the third week, and the third month in the follow-up time. The total observation time added up to three months. They were evaluated by JOA score system,Electromyogram, Criteria of diagnosis and therapeutic effect of TCM for Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy, Preoperative and postoperative JOA score of 3 days. On the other side, comparisons were made among the sex,age,course of disease, cervical involvement segment and the assessment score after operation on the first week, the second week, the third week,and the third month to observe the differences JOA score, Electromyogram, Criteria of diagnosis and therapeutic effect of TCM between two groups.Results:There is no significant differences about balance comparison between the two groups of patients in sex,age, course of disease and cervical involvement segment score(p>0.05).there are comparable between the two groups. There are statistical differences between the two groups after operation of second week,third month and third month in JOA scores, Electromyogram, Criteria of diagnosis and therapeutic effect of TCM(p<0.05).Conclusions:Invigorate the circulation of analgesic soup subtraction with anterior cervical decompression combined with bone grafting and titanium plate fixation can improve its residual symptoms,and promote the function recovery of postoperative patiens with spinal cord,improve the quality of life.
