Objective:To explore The detection rate of Sarcopenia and the relationship with QT and EFT in diffrerent syndrome types of type 2 diabetesMethods:240 patients which are new-diagnosis type 2 diabetes are divided into phlegm-heat group (65 patients), Heat Shanyin card group (134 patients), syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin group (41 patients), compare with 1165 patients which haven diagnosised type 2 diabetes (427 patients are short term diabetes mellitus and 738 patients are longer term diabetes mellitus) were compared.Results:1.In each group of different classification of course of diabetes, the age, SBP, EFT, TCH, TG, HDL, LDL, HbAlc, BMI, waist-hip ratio, SMI, ME、SU、NSU、GS、TSD、INS、Oral lipid-lowering drugs have a statistically significant difference (P<0.05), and HR, QT was no significant difference; in each group of different syndrome differentiation, the SBP, HbAlc, BMI, SMI have a statistically significant difference (P<0.05),and age, EFT, TCH, TG, HDL, LDL, WHR circumference ratio, HR, QT was no significant difference;2.Take X2 test to compare the difference between Sarcopenia group and non Sarcopenia group in different term of diabetes:in different term of diabetes, gender, age group was statistically difference (P<0.05),and TG group was atistically difference (P<0.05)in short term and long term of diabetes, QT group and LDL group was statistically difference (P<0.05) in the long course of diabetes3.multiple regression analysis:HR group, QT group, EFT Group, TG group, LDL group, HbAlc group should be grouped into multi-variable logistic regression analysis, the significance level of 0.10. Sarcopenia entered the equation for HR group (P 0.007, OR 0.429), QT group (P 0.006, OR 1.601), EFT group (P 0, OR 3.179); with Sarcopenia is variable, and type of syndrome is Arguments, two logistic regression analysis was teken with the significance level of 0.10. when adjusting for age, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, duration, phlegm-heat group and HbAlc still could entered the equation for Sarcopenia.4. in each group of different syndrome of new diagnosis diabetes,the Sarcopenia, gender, QT group, TG group, HbAlc group differences among syndrome type of group is statistically significant (P<0.05), relevance ratio of Sarcopenia, male, QT> 0.40, is highest in syndrome of deficiency of both qiand yin, and relevance ratio of female, TG> 1.77, is the highest in the phlegm-heat group;Conclusions:1. Our study suggests that muscle mass index tend to be less with the increase of course of diabetes.2. the Sarcopenia have some connection with the QT and EFT,and it could predict wether it could happen in Cardiovascular disease and sudden cardiac death.3. phlegm-heat group of new diabetes may have some connection with Sarcopenia happen.4. for syndrome of deficiency of both qiand yin and phlegm-heat group should be more proactive prevention of cardiovascular disease, and include sudden cardiac death.
