| Objective:This study used the bladder meridian acupoints electroacupuncture as the main treatment method and added the traction to it to observe and summarize the clinical effects of different types of lumbar disc herniation(LDH) systematically,and then compared the different syndrome clinical effect.Methods:180 cases of patients who belonged to lumbar disc herniation,selected conformity and the relevant diagnosis,syndrome differentiation of the cold and dampness type,blood stasis type.kidney deficiency type,were randomly divided into A,B,C three groups,each of which contains 20 cases of cold and dampness type,20 cases of blood stasis type,20 cases of kidney deficiency type.Group A was the control group,using pure traction treatment;B group treated by acupuncture while C group used traction combined with electroacupuncture for treatment.Three groups were treated for 2 courses of treatment which contain 10 times a course,and I assessed the efficacy of the treatment before and after treating to observe the curative effect of the three kinds of therapy in the treatment of LDH three between TCM type.By comparing the evaluative results,I observed and summarize the the clinical effects of different types of the disease systematically,and then compared the different syndrome clinical effect.Result:1. Comparison of the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine lumbago:group A the efficiency of cold dampness type was 65%,efficiency of blood stasis type 70%,efficiency of kidney deficiency type 35%,the total efficiency of group A was 56.67%;B group efficiency of cold dampness type 90%,as so as blood stasis type,efficiency of kidney deficiency 65%,the total efficiency was 81.67%;group C with 100% efficiency of cold dampness type,blood stasis type efficiency was 95%,kidney deficiency type efficiency was 90%,the total efficiency was 95%.(refer to the text for details)2. Western Medicine (low back pain of lumbar disc herniation (JOA)) curative effect comparison:A group after a period of treatment,the scores of cold dampness type before and after it were 2.45±0.61,blood stasis type:2.45±0.59,kidney deficiency type:0.80±0.36;B group:cold dampness type:5.05±0.76,blood stasis type:5.15±0.88,kidney deficiency type:2.80±0.68;C group:old dampness type:7.95±1.20,blood stasis type:7.80±0.96,kidney deficiency type:4.70±0.64.(refer to the text for details)3. Effect of Western Medicine (VAS) comparison of the degree of pain:A group:the scores of cold dampness type before and after the treatment were 1.21±0.23,blood stasis type:1.68±0.33,kidney deficiency type:0.54±0.19;B group:cold dampness type:2.24±0.27,blood stasis type:2.83±0.39,kidney deficiency type:1.33±0.26;C group:cold dampness type:3.56±0.37,blood stasis type:4.23±0.46,kidney deficiency type:2.41±0.37.(refer to the text for details)Conclusion:Traction,acupuncture,traction plus electroacupuncture lumbar all had the curative effect to the three kinds of syndromes above.But the traction combined with electroacupuncture was the best to all syndrome types,and the electronic acupuncture was secondly,while the traction was the weakest.Furthermore,the curative effect of these three methods to kidney deficiency of LDH were relatively poor,and had no significant differences of effect between the cold dampness and blood stasis type of LDH.The author concluded that the clinical kidney type of LDH was more difficult to treat,which can be treated by combining with other methods in order to obtain more satisfactory curative effect.The study on the treatment of clinical bladder meridian electroacupuncture combinined with traction provided a useful reference to the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,and laid the foundation for further research on clinical typing and staging treatment of LDH. |
