Research Of Present Situation About Influence Factors Of Effort Of Internship Nurses’s Independent Study In Mobile Network

ObjectiveTo Research t the Status quo about influence factors of Effort of Internship nurses’s independent learning in Mobile network both of individuals (self) and environment factors; and the analysis of the demographic sociology differences of; and Understanding the correlation between independent learning effect mobile network and influence factors of the effect of independent learning in mobile network both of individuals (self) and environment factors. To provide the reference and basis for further study。MethodsIn the method of cluster sampling of convenience, this study choosed 198 cases as the research object, of the nursing students of internship of the 2014 from a medical college in henan province, with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. With general data questionnaire, mobile network independent learning effect scale, individual factor scale, mobile network environment factors scale, this study researched the Status quo about influence factors of Effort of Internship nurses’s independent learning in Mobile network both of individuals (self) and environment factors. Ask the students to fill in the scales and take back them as soon as they are OK.. Two workers record the data collected together.To build the database and input data by Excel 2007, to analyze data in the database by SPSS17.0. To analyze the descriptive feature with he mean, deviation, frequency, percentage; to do a comparative analysis between the two group of data with independent sample t-test; to do the correlation analysis between the variables with Pearson method.Results1 Scores of the effect of the Internship nurses’s independent learning in Mobile network is 3.01±0.55. The students more older,or the years of independent learning in mobile network more above 1 years, or the grades of the hospital more higher, the scores more bigger.2 Scores of the individual influence factors of the effect of the Internship nurses’s independent learning in Mobile network is 3.39±0.28. The students more older,, the scores more bigger.There are defferences between the two groups in age. One by one in the straight turn from the higher scores to the lower scores, the individual influence factors are Self-efficacy, Ability of information processing, Strategies of learning,Target Setting, the level of the will.3 Scores of the environmental influence factors of the effect of the Internship nurses’s independent learning in Mobile network is 3.53±0.35. There are defferences between the two groups in age, the grade of hospital. One by one in the straight turn from the higher scores to the lower scores, the environmental influence factors are the resources of information for the mobile learning, Communication and assistance, and the Conditions of Learning.Conclusion1 M-Learning is an positive approach to impromote the ability of independent learning while it need to promote its effect.2 The better both of individuals (self) and environment factors, the better the effect of Internship nurses’s independent learning in Mobile network.To promo-te the effect, it need to bring up the ability of information processing in profes- sional learning, and diminish the disturbance from the network, and increase the support from the teachers.3 It is good for paying attention to the grades of hospital,the gender and the use fixed of year of the internship nursing students in M-Learning.
