Analysis of the prognosis of tumor. We hope to provide new ideas for research and clinical diagnosis and treatment of liver cell cancer foundation. MethodCollected the clinical data and the paraffin embedded specimens of 52 patients suffered resection of hepatocellular carcinoma in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University. And collected the normal liver specimens and tissues of 10 cases. Using immunohistochemical method, detect CD151, integrin alpha 3,integrin beta 1 expression and analysis correlation and first recurrence in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. Analysis of the relationship between the expression of three proteins and the clinical pathological features, and the relationship with prognosis. Result1.The positive expression rates of CD 151 is 70.3% in issues of hepatocellular carcinoma, adjacent cancer tissue and normal tissue are 57.9% and 21.4%(p<0.05).The positive expression rates of integrin alpha 3 is 75.2% in issues of hepatocellular carcinoma, adjacent cancer tissue and normal tissue are 56.7% and 27.8%(p<0.05).The positive expression rates of integrin beta 1 is 76.2% in issues of hepatocellular carcinoma, adjacent cancer tissue and normal tissue are 62.4% and 39.0%(p<0.05).2.The expression of CD151 protein was correlated associated with integrin 3 alpha 1 protein in hepatocellular carcinoma. The Spearman correlation coefficient of CD151 and integrin alpha 3 is 0.152. The Spearman correlation coefficient of CD151 and integrin beta 1 is r=0.081. The Spearman correlation coefficient of integrin alpha 3 integrin and beta 1 is 0.066(p>0.05).3.The positive expression rate of CD151 protein and integrin alpha 3 protein and beta 1 protein in poorly differentiated hepatocellular carcinoma was higher than tissue- differentiation rate. And the χ2 is respectively: 7.140, 11.244, 5.223, with statistically significant difference(p<0.05).4.The expression of CD151 and Integrin alpha 3 and beta 1 protein in hepatocellular carcinoma patients rate is higher, the time of recurrence is earlier. Conclusion1.The expression of CD151 and integrin alpha 3 and beta 1 protein in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues is high.
