Background:Cervical cancaer is a gynecological malignant tumor which incidence second only to breast cancer, and is so harmful to the health of women. The clinical application of fall off the cervical cytology examination make more perfect on precancerous lesion of early prevention, patient survival rates have increased significantly, but still is the leading cause of female cancer deaths. At present, the clinical treatment of cervical cancer are mainly composed of surgery and chemoradiotherapy, but metastasis of tumor seriously affect the efficacy of treatment.Lymph node metastasis not only lead to the clinical stage lagging, but also restrict the therapies. Therefore, indepth study of the molecular mechanisms of lymph node metastasis has important social and practical significance. Objective:To measure the expression of integrin α6β1 and CD15 protein from normal cervical tissues, cervical cancer and cancer metastases tissues. To detect the relationship between integrin α6β1 or CD15 and cervical cancer occurrence, and the correlation with lymph node metastasis,to provide experimental basis for clinical diagnosis, curative effect of detection and early intervention treatment.Method:The pathologic tissues of cervical cancer radical resection(including the primary tumor and metastatic carcinoma of cervical cancer)were selected from January 2010 to May 2016 in Jiangxi Province Maternal and Child Health Hospital, and the adjacent tissues were selected as control.Immunohistochemical method was used to detecte the expression of integrin α6β1 protein and CD151 in pathological tissues, and the experimental data were analyzed combined with clinical pathology data.Results:1.The positive rates of integrin α6β1 and CD151 expressions were 10% and 15% in normal cervical tissues;68.24% and 68.33% in tissues of cervical cancer in situ,respectively;95.83% and 97.91% in cancer metastases tissues, respectively. The differences between two kinds of protein expression rates among the three groups were significant.2.The positive expression rate of integrin α6β1 and CD151 was 76.47% and 78.43% in the infiltration depth of more than 1/2 group, which was significantly higher than that in the low infiltration tissue(P <0.05);and the expression rate of α6β1 and CD151 in stage II tissues was 79.59% and 77.56%,which was significantly higher than 52.78% and 55.56% in I tissues, and the protein expression level increased with the increasing of stage level(P <0.05).However,the expressions of intergrin α6β1 and CD151 protein in cervical cancers have no significant correlation with the tumor volume and pathological type and the age of the patient(P>0.05).3.The positive expression of integrin α6β1 and CD151 protein in cervical cancer which were poorly differentiated was significantly higher than that in well differentiated and moderately differentiated cervical cancer. It remind the expression of integrin α6β1 and CD15 have negatively correlated with differentiation degree of cervical cancer tissue.4.The positive rates of integrin α6β1 and CD151 expressions were 82.93% and85.37% in cervical cancer tissue with lymph node metastasis;which significantly higher than that without lymph node metastasis in the organization were 54.55%,47.73%,and the differences were significant.5.CD151 protein is a positive correlation with integrinα6β1(r=0.591,P<0.05)in cervical cancer tissue.Conclusion:1.The integrin α6β1 and CD151 prorein expression could be detected in cervical cancer. They may have joined the development of cervical cancer with lymph node metastasis2.The integrinα6β1 and CD151 have synergistic effect on the development and lymph node metastasis in cervical cancer.
