Research On The Issues Of Third-party Medical Dispute Mediation In Affiliated Hospitals Of An Yang

With China’s reform and opening up, the doctor-patient relationship remains tense and escalating in recent years under the effecting of problems of doctor-patient communication, ethics and social credit. Malignant cases about medical dispute are common. It has become a hot topic of the whole society and unstable factors in building harmonious country. How to effectively solve and prevent the medical disputes, protect the lawful rights and interests of doctors and patients, create a harmonious medical environment have become urgent problems at present. But the available methods cannot work very well.In order to solve medical disputes problem better, there are some explorations on the medical disputes resolution in China. The status quo of the domestic research on medical disputes resolution was collected. The relative literature were summarized and refined. The relative situation and theory are obtained. The third-party medical disputes mechanism in affiliated hospitals of An Yang was reviewed systematically. Affiliated hospitals have established the third-party medical dispute mediation mechanism since 2010. The main method is through third-party medical dispute center. Although it worked well in last five years there are also some problems at the same time. The background, operation mode, actual effects and measurements were analyzed and discussed to contribute to the theory and practical work.This thesis has five chapters:Chapter1: The background, purpose, significance, research method, tools and creative points were introduced. The research status quo and exploration on third-party medical dispute mediation mechanism were given.Chapter2: The development and status quo of third-party medical dispute mediation mechanism in affiliated hospitals of An Yang were systematically introduced and reviewed.Chapter3: The problem and reason about third-party medical dispute mediation mechanism in affiliated hospitals of An Yang were analyzed through specific cases.Chapter4: The specific countermeasures were proposed according to the current problems including increasing financial investment, integrating government resources, improving the mediation mechanism, strengthening the construction of talent team, ensuring the mediation compensation in place, timely communication and feedback, improving the institution and so on.Chapter5: The whole work was reviewed. The future work on the third-party medical dispute mediation mechanism was specified.
