Objective1、To investigate factors influencing alcohol inactivated tumor patients limbs replantation surgery.2、Affect the relationship and the degree of research related factors.MethodsA retrospective analysis of the September 1999- June 2013 in our hospital 43 cases of limb bone tumors in patients with alcohol-inactivated replantation cases, including the patient’s gender, age, disease location, the proportion of inactivated tumor segment, duration, tumor stage, fixation methods, surgical methods, such as 8-related factors, using the chi-square test and t(F) test, analyze eight factors on postoperative occurrence rate of callus, callus appeared time, 3-year survival rate, recurrence rate, fracture rates, MSTS score, ISOLS score impact.ResultsIn this group 43 patients were followed up in the. After review of X-ray film 26 patients had callus, time is 6 weeks- 20 weeks, mean 10 weeks; six cases of relapse, seven cases of fractures, 8 deaths. 3-year overall survival rate was 61%. MSTS score was21 to 28 points, an average of 24.7 points. ISOLS score of 29~34 points, an average of31.2. Univariate analysis showed that: appear to inactivate tumor segment size and the proportion of callus(P = 0.014), with a time of callus appeared(P = 0.000), 3-year survival of patients(P = 0.024), MSTS score(P = 0.033), ISOLS score(P = 0.040)were statistically significant; tumor staging and postoperative recurrence rate(P = 0.035)were statistically significant; choice of surgical approach(P = 0.034)with MSTS score was statistically significant; course of length(P = 0.008), tumor stage(P = 0.026), site of disease(P = 0.046) and 3-year survival of patients was statistically significant. COX multivariate analysis: the proportion of inactivated tumor stage(P = 0.030), length of the course(P = 0.029), tumor stage(P = 0.018) were independent factors affecting bone tumor survival; using intramedullary nail fixation of fracture rate was 20%, plate fixation of fracture occurred.Conclusion1、Inactivated tumor segment can reduce the proportion of patients improved function and survival.2、Keep joints help to improve function in patients.3、Plate fixation can reduce the incidence of postoperative fractures.4、Early detection and treatment can improve the survival rate of patients.
