Clinical Application Of Vacuum Sealing Drainagein Replantation Of Severed Limb

Objective : By discussing the influencing factors of limb reattachment survival rate and the trauma of Vacuum Sealing Drainage technology totally damaged from the break of the wounded limb injury in limbs of application effect in the treatment of postoperative clinical research,provide certain reference basis for clinical treatment of limb reattachment.Method:Statistics in November 2008- July 2014 in taian center hospital, taishan medical school affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), the people’s liberation army eighty-eight hospital, taian hospital limbs completely damaged from the break of the wounded limb injury patients. Choose 40 cases of patients, randomly divided into two groups, one group for the treatment group, a group for the control group, each group of patients, 20 cases in treatment group and control group in according to the clinical treatment of the wounded limb standard for routine drug treatment, treatment group on the basis of conventional drug treatment and treatment with Vacuum Sealing Drainage, using relevant software, were analyzed retrospectively, and watch the wound Vacuum Sealing Drainage technology in the treatment of the wounded limb.Results: In the treatment group and control group patients after 7 months to 1 year after half year review, among which 10 cases of upper limb of the wounded limb treatment, 10 cases of lower limb of the wounded limb, upper limb survival 9 cases, lower limb survival 8 cases, did not survive amputation upper limbs in 1 case, 2 cases of lower limb, limb survival rate 85%, control group 10 cases of upper limb of the wounded limb, 10 cases of lower limb of the wounded limb, upper limb survival, 7 cases of lower limb limb survival in 7 cases, not survival line amputation upper limb in 3 patients, 3 cases of lower limb, limb survival rate 70%. According to the curative effect evaluation of the results of the analysis shows that the treatment group the total fine rate was 85%, total fine rate was 70% in the control group. The survival rate of treatment group, the total was significantly higher than the control group。.Conclusion:Applications of limb of the wounded limb trauma Vacuum Sealing Drainage technology can enhance the survival rate of limb severed wound replantation and limb function of the crop.
