Purpose:Heat stroke means that the body at a high temperature or thermal radiation environment, the body appeared regulation and metabolic disorders, diseases caused by the body’s water and electrolyte metabolism disorders and other symptoms of organ dysfunction. Heat stroke is a major manifestation of central thermoregulatory dysfunction, and concurrent with sweat gland dysfunction and other symptoms. From the severity of the clinical manifestations, the precursor to heat stroke can be divided into heat stroke, mild heat stroke and severe heat stroke. Including severe heat stroke include heat cramps, heat exhaustion and heatstroke. Heat stroke is the most serious type of heatstroke. Often accompanied by severe heat stroke after multiple organ damage, and not treated very likely lead to irreversible organ damage, sequelae, and even death in patients, in order to better lessons, find out the rules, guide treatment, are discussed after the severe heat stroke human organs and pathological damage in the order of response measures. Materials and Methods :A retrospective analysis of the evolution of the disease and treatment through case Affiliated Hospital of Taishan Medical College between July 2009 to July 2013 were treated 12 cases of severe heatstroke complicated with MODS patients,12 cases of severe heat stroke patients traveling routine examination and found that the incidence of coagulation abnormalities 1-3 days 100%,100 %,100%; 12 patients with severe heat stroke center muscle injury incidence was 1-3 days : 67 %,83 % and 100%; damage brain imaging 0,0,25 % positive rate. The incidence rate of acute lung injury were: 0,8 % and 17%; 1-3 days where the incidence of renal damage were : 42 %,58 %,67%; 12 cases of heat stroke in patients with severe liver damage digestive 1-3 days rates were : 58 %,83 % and 100 %. Conclusion:Severe heat stroke with the auxiliary examination index, coagulation abnormal lities occur most early, most widely, play a key role in the prognosis of disease.
