ObjectiveTo study the effects of low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) on pancreatic microcirculation on the rats of severe acute pancreatitis.MethodsWistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:(1)Sham operation(S)group;(2)SAP group(;3)LMWH treatmen(tL)group. Compare the three groups concentrations of serum tuˉmor necrosis factorα(TNF-α),Bradykinin(BK) and Pancreatic pathological section .ResultsCompared with S group , TNF-α, BK in SAP group were significantly increased(P<0.05,<0.05)and Increase the degree of pancreatic tissue sections lesion;After LMWH treatment,TNF-α,BK decreased significantly compared with SAP group(P<0.05,<0.05)and degree of histological lesions in the pancreas significantly improved.ConclusionThe results suggest that LMWH can Improve the rate of SAP microcirculation pancreas by down-regulate the levels of serum TNF-αand BK,thus reduce pancreatic necrosis.
