Green Light Laser In The Treatment Of Pelvic Fractures Caused By Theapplication Of The Urethral Obliteration

ObjectionTo investigate green light laser in the treatment of pelvic fractures caused by urethral obliteration clinical curative effect.Methods From January 2010-February 2014 we using KTP/532 green light laser treatment of pelvic fractures caused by urethral obliteration 45 cases in our center.Patients with preoperative angiography revealed through urethra, measuring urethral obliteration length 2cm or less.After operation,the in-dwelling urethral catheter time was 1 month to 3 months.ResultsAll 45 cases of urethral obliteration length0.6-2cm, mean (1.2±0.4)cm,were successful, no complications occurred.The operation time was 20-96 min(mean,57min).Postoperative follow-up of 6-18 months.33 cases of urethral obliteration lengthmean (1.1±1.57)cm.33 cases of patients with postoperative 1 month, were cured after 0-8 urethral dilations,mean(4±1.2),12 cases of urethral obliteration lengthmean (1.5±0.3)cm.12 patients with postoperative 3 months, were cured after 8-10 urethral dilations,mean(8.5±0.8).Conclusion Green light laser is safe and effective for the treatment of pelvic fractures caused by urethral obliteration, can be used widely in clinical work.
