Objective:Determinate the content of K, Ca, Na, Zn, Mg, Mn in 16 injuries TCM, analyzes the elements content characteristics and each element daily dose. To explore the 6 elements content characteristics in injuries TCM and its effect on the rehabilitation of injuries, contribute to a more scientific and objective explanation for elements’auxiliary therapeutic effect in injuries TCM, is a basic applied research for injuries combination drugs. Methods:Using the acid digestion method to deal with the sample of TCM, combined with AA6650 type atomic absorption spectrophotometer determinating 6 elements content in 16 injuries TCM. Statistical analysis the 6 elements content in injuries TCM by using of Excel and SPSS 17.0.The Results of the study:1. Qverall 15 injuries TCM, Ca element content is the most, eight; K element content in compound number, most of the second for 7; Mg element content in compound number, most of the third for 7; Na element content in compound number, most of the fourth for 7; Zn element content in compound number, most of the fifth for 11; Mn element content in compound number, most of the sixth for 14.2. In 13 injuries TCM, Zn and Na element content with correlation relationship has 11; Zn and Mn element content with correlation relationship has 6; Na and Mn element content with relevanted has 6; K and Mg element content with relevanted has 6; Ca and Mg element content with relevanted has 5; K and Ca element content with relevanted has 3; K and Mn element content with relevanted has 2.3. In injuries TCMs, "Jiu fen san" has the highest content of Ca element (P< 0.05); "Shang tong ning pian" has the highest content of Zn element, with the other injuries TCM has a statistically significant difference (P< 0.05); "Qi li san" and "Qi li capsule" has the highest content of Mn element, with the other injuries TCM has a statistically significant difference (P< 0.05)4. In daily dose of "Yang xue rong jin wan", K, Ca, Na, Mg, Mn element intake is highest, but the uptake of K, Na, Mn element was less than 1/10 K element RDA, the intake of Ca and Mg element are less than 1/5 of the Ca element RDA; In daily dose of "San qi shang yao pian" and "Yang xue rong jin wan", the highest intake of Zn element, more than Zn element RDA. "Shu jin huo xue ding tong san", "Wu hu san" and "Zhi tong zi jin wan" three compound daily intake of Zn element approximation to RDA, the rest of the injuries combination drugs daily dose Zn uptake by the element content is less than 1/5-1/4 RDA.Conclusions:1.16 injuries TCM, the macro elements K, Na, Ca, Mg content are more, trace elements Zn, Mn content are less, follow the principle of elements treatment.2.15 injuries of TCM in Chinese pharmacopoeia, K, Ca, Na, Zn, Mg, Mn elements content exist a certain correlation, provide the basis for the adjuvant treatment of inorganic element and study the pharmacology and pharmacodynamics of TCM.3. On the effect of promoting blood circulation to remove blood, "Jiu fen san" has the strongest effect, followed by "San qi shang yao pian", "Qi li capsules" and "Qi li san"; On the effect of "qing re jie du" and go saprophytic muscle, " Shang tong ning pian" has the strongest effect; On the effect of hemostatic, "Qi li san" and "Qi li capsule" has the strongest effect.4. Taking 16 injuries TCM, K, Ca, Na, Mg, Mn element daily intake is relatively safe. In "San qi shang yao pian" and "Yang xue rong jin wan" daily dose, Zn element intake more than safe dose. May be because of injuries during rehabilitation demand a higher content of Zn element.
