According to the World Health Organization, cardiovascular diseases (CVD) are the number one cause of death worldwide. Currently, in our country the incidence of CVD is rising, the patients is getting younger, and the number of people who get CVD and die because of CVD is more and more. It is becoming more important to prevent this disease which is a big threat to human health. We must take measures to prevent CVD.In order to prevent CVD, it is an easy way to analyze the ECG. But the price of the professional ECG acquisition device is expensive and it is not easy to carry collect the real-time ECG. With the popularization of smart phone and watch, we can use the mobile device to collect ECG at any time and this admit the doctors to have a timely judge. But the ECG collected by mobile device can’t be suitable for clinical diagnosis. t needs to have an assessment and analysis about the ECG collected by mobile device, the assessment can give us an answer if the ECG is suitable for clinical diagnosis. I take the way which use Entropy to have an assessment about the ECG.(1) Use SampEn to assess ECG. Firstly I confirm the SampEn best threshold value r to be 0.1 from two aspects of theory and experiment. Secondly use SampEn to analyze and assess ECG. Draw the picture of SampEn distribution, the table of the SampEn probability distribution, the histogram of the SampEn probability distribution. Find the SampEn value of unacceptable ECG is too low or too high, the SampEn value of acceptable ECG is in the middle. Besides, if the signal belongs to different lead, the distribution of SampEn is different. The conclusion is use SampEn to assess ECG can get a good result.(2) Use MSE to assess ECG. Firstly Ⅰ confirm the scale factor τ to be 1-10 from two aspects of theory and experiment. Secondly use MSE to analyze and assess ECG. Draw the picture of scale factor and the average MSE value. Every lead draws a picture. Find the average entropy value of acceptable ECG and the standard deviation of unacceptable ECG is bigger. It shows that the average complexity of acceptable ECG is higher, the complexity of unacceptable ECG is too low or too high. The conclusion is use MSE to assess ECG can get a good result.(3) Use MMSE to assess ECG. Use MMSE to analyze and assess ECG. Draw the picture of scale factor and the average MMSE value. Find the average entropy value of acceptable ECG is smaller and the standard deviation of unacceptable ECG is bigger easily. The conclusion is use MSE to assess ECG can get a good result.
