Clinical Study Of Milrinone In The Treatment Of Hemodialysis In Patients With Heart Failure

Objective:The through the study of milrinone in hemodialysis patients with chronic heart failure combined witth applications,evaluation of milrinone in hemodialysis patients with chronic heart failure combined with appliestion,to explorethe clinical appliestion of milrinone in hemodialysis patients complicated witti heart failure.Method:Collected in January 2011 to October 2013 in the third people’s Hospital of Jinan City Department of nephrology clinic of uremic hemodialysis patients complicated with heart failure patients were selected 103 people,55 males,48 females,were randomly divided intota group of milrinone group(35cases),group B digitalis group(35 cases)and group C was control group(33cases).Selected frequency of hemodialysis patients were 3 times/week,the heart function of all patients were in line with the level IV heart failure,all patients were routine anti heart failure drug treatment(including the expansion blood vessel reducing blood pressure,aminophylline,nurition myocardium drug application).Milrinone group and lOmg of milrinone continued micro pump 6 houre,once a day,a total of 5 days,digitalis group given ce anid 0.2mg intravenous injection,maximum dose for 0.4mg,applied once or twice,while the control group only received routine treatment,were observed in 5 days,to observe tthe clinical curetive effect and the detection of relevant indicatiors,th6 indicatorstmonitoring before and after treatment in patients wthh blood pressure,left ventricular section fraction(LVEre,cardiac index(Cl),creatine kinase isoenzyme,Results:group A(milrinone group),group B(digitalis group),group C(control group),a group of effectiverate of 80%and in group B effective rate was 77.l%similar(P<0.05).In groupA with efficiency is higherthanthat of groupC36.3%),P.<0-05).Group of milrinone(2),groupB(digitalis group),group C(control group)before and after treatment compared wthh systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure had a significant variation,andthe appliestion of antihypertensive drugs related tothe three groups(P>0.05);three groups of heart rate,breathing before and after treatment no significant diffewnce(P>0.05).3 LVEF,BNP before and after treatment,A group and B group were similar,P<0.05,C group P>0.05,A group,B group and C group were significantiy different;CK-MB,Cl,the6 was no obvious difference between the three groups.Conclusion:1,the use of low-dose, short-term application of milrinone in uremic hemodialysis patients with heart failure significantly, Ires adverse effect,worthy of clinical promotion.2,milrinone in uremic hemodialysis patients complicated with heart failuretreatment withdigitalis drugs effect,when the use of digitalistaboo do drug candidates.
