ObjectiveThe topic is carried out to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the patients with Acute Biliary Pancreatitis by means of observing clinical and experimental index of the patients treated by scutellarin injection combined with ERCP. In the meantime, it can provide the reliable evidence for treating ABP with Chinese and Western medicine treatment and promote the progress of combination of traditional chinese medicine and western advanced technology.MethodsBased on the standards of research, it is 77 patients totally who are diagnosed as ABP and receive treatment in Gastroenterolgy Department of General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Command of People’s Liberation Army. It is randomizedcontrolledtrial and the patients are divided into treatment group (A group, scutellarin injection combined with ERCP) and control group (B group, ERCP). Statistical analysis is carried out after determining the level of TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10、ET、CRP、TBIL、ALT、ALP、γ-GT、AMY and comparing the time of abdominal pain’s relief, the average length of hospital stay, the average hospitalization cost, the incidence rate of pancreatic abscess and pseudocyst and the therapeutic effect in two groups.Results1.The level of TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8 、IL-10 of blood in two groups after treatment is lower than that before treatment (P<0.05). After the treatment, the level of TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8 of blood in the treatment group reduces significantly compared with in the control group (P<0.05).2. The level of ET and CRP of blood in two groups after treatment is lower than that before treatment (P<0.05).After the treatment, the level of ET and CRP of blood in the treatment group reduces significantly compared with in the control group (P<0.05).3. The level of TBIL、ALP、γ-GT of blood in two groups after treatment (3 days and 7 days) is lower than that before treatment (P<0.05). There is no significant difference between after treatment (3 days) and before treatment in the level of ALT of blood in both two groups (P>0.05) But after treatment (7 days), the level of ALT of blood in two groups is lower than that before treatment (P<0.05).After the treatment (3 days and 7 days), there is no significant difference between two groups in the level of TBIL、ALT、ALP、 γ-GT of blood (P>0.05).4. The level of AMY of blood in two groups after treatment(12h、24h、 3d) is lower than that before treatment (P<0.05). After the treatment(12h、 3d), there is no significant difference between two groups in the level of AMY of blood (P>0.05). After the treatment (24h), the level of AMY of blood in the treatment group reduces significantly compared with in the control group (P<0.05).5. After the treatment, there is no significant difference between two groups in the average level of the time of abdominal pain’s relief and the hospitalization cost (P>0.05). After the treatment, the average length of hospital stay in the treatment group shortens significantly compared with in the control group (P<0.05).6. After the treatment, there is no significant difference between two groups in the the incidence rate of pancreatic abscess and pseudocyst (P> 0.05).7. There is no significant difference between two groups of the clinical cure rate, obvious effective rate, effective rate in western medicine, also of the overall effect (P>0.05).There is no significant difference between two groups of the obvious effective rate, effective rate in chinese medicine, also of the overall effect (P>0.05), but the clinical cure rate in the treatment group is higher than in the control group (P<0.05)ConelusionThe treatment of scutellarin injection combined with ERCP has definite effect on patients of ABP. It can alleviate the inflammatory response and symptom and improve the function of pancreas. At the same time, it can also shorten the average length of hospital stay but not increase the burden of hospitalization cost.
