Objective Comparative analysis of acute bile source pancreatitis(ABP)patients admitted to the hospital after extension(48h ~ 72h) by endoscopic retrograde pancreatic cholangiopancreatography(ERCP) with endoscopic nasobiliary drainage(ENBD) and non clinical efficacy of endoscopic treatment, to provide the reference for the clinical treatment of acute bile source pancreatitis. Methods The study selected Affiliated Hospital of Ningxia Medical Uni versity from January 2008 to December 2013 were diagnosed as ABP patien ts with clinical data as the research object. Carefully check the case, The selected cases were divided into endoscopic treatment group and non endoscopic treatment group(traditional conservative treatment group and surgical treatment group) according to the treatment method;Through clinical observation and follow up.Compare the difference between the endoscopic treatment group and the non endoscopic group in the recovery of normal time of bilirubin, the normal time of amylase recovery, the recovery time, the average length of stay, hospital costs, and the recurrence rate of pancreatitis. Results In endoscopic group and conservative group, the recovery time of bilirubin, the normal time of amylase recovery, the average length of stay and the total cost of hospital stay were not significant. But the long-term effect is that the recurrence rate of pancreatitis is significantly(P<0.05). Endoscopic group and surgical treatment group in bilirubin recovery days, amylase recovery time, average hospitalization days, the total cost of hospitalization has no advantage It can also achieve good effects in the control of recurrent acute pancreatitis, the feeding time was shorter than the surgical treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions For admission delay(48h~ 72h) after endoscopic treatment of biliary pancreatitis, short-term advantage compared with conservative treatment is not obvious,The same effect was achieved in the control of pancreatitis recurrence rate and surgical treatment group lower than the conservative treatment group. The recovery time was shorter than the surgical treatment group...
