The Cl Inical Research Of A Method Of Treatment That Fumigated By Shujinwaixi Granule For Calcaneus Fractures Postoperative Functional Recovery

ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is to observe the clinical curative effect of a method of treatment that fumigated by Shujinwaixi granule and combined with functional exercises for Calcaneus Fractures postoperative functional recovery.MethodsFrom Jan.2014 to Mar.2015,37 cases of Calcaneus Fractures that treated in hospital were choiced from the trauma orthopaedics of the Orthopedics hospital of the Traditional Chinese Medicine University Of Guangzhou. Randomly divided into treatment group(group A) and control group(group B) according to the doctor order.The two groups of patients proceed open reduction and internal fixation with the lateral L incision after admission, Then proceed the corresponding functional exercise under the guidance.All the patients turn into this study after remove the suture by 21 days after surgery operation, The treatment group of patient were fumigated by Shujinwaixi granule and combined with functional exercises, the control group were purely functional exercise. After treatment,all of the patients review in certain time, the follow-up time is 9 months.Result1. In the VAS pain score, two group have no statistical significance before join in the study;40 days after surgery operation the score of the treatment group lower than the control group, and the comparison of statistical were significance; The score of the treatment group lower than the control group 60 days after surgery operation, and the comparison of statistical were significance.2. In the fracture healing time, the treatment group were shorter than the control group,and the comparison of statistical were significance.3.In the Maryland foot function score,6 months after surgery operation the score of the treatment group higher than the control group, and the comparison of statistical were significance;The score of the treatment group higher than the control group 9 months after surgery operation, and the comparison of statistical were significance.ConclusionCompared with the purely functional exercises group,the fumigated by Shujinwaixi granule and combined with functional exercises group has a significant curative effect in the process of recovery of foot function after Calcaneal fracture postoperative, can effectively relieve the pain of the foot heel and promote healing of the fracture, improve the function of the foot, it worth popularization in clinic.
