ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of point embedding therapy combined with fluoxetine on depression after cerebrovascuIar infarction.MethodsThe method of randomized and controlled was applied in the study.60 qualified patients who met the inclusion criteria of depression after cerebrovascular were randomized divided into control group(30 cases) and treatment group(30 cases). The treatment group was treated by embedding therapy combined with fluoxetine(20 mg, once), and the control group was given fluoxetine(20 mg, once). The embedding therapy was treated once every week, in both group the treatment course was 4 weeks. The points for embedding therapy were:xinshu、ganshu、pishu、zusanli. Before and after treatment the therapeutic effect was mainly estimated by two scales, Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) and depression self rating scale (SDS). The data statistical software SPSS17.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results① The gender、age、disease duration、the scores of HAMD、SDS of the two group before the treatment were compared, the results state there were no statistical significant(P>0.05),showing that the baseline of the two group was balanced.② The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%, and 6 cases were clinically cured,13 cases were marked effective,8 cases were effective,3 cases were no effective;the total effective rate of the control group was 70%, and 2 cases were clinically cured,8 cases were marked effective,11 cases were effective,9 cases were no effective. The difference was statistically significant between two group in the clinical effect(P<0.05), suggesting that embedding therapy combined with fluoxetine shows a superior clinical effect.③ After a course of treatment, the treatment group and control group could reduce the HARD and SDS score, difference was statistical significant within groups (P<0.05);difference was statistical significant between groups (P<0.05), the treatment group show a advantage than the control group in reducing the HARD, SDS score after the treatment.④ The evaluation of HAMD was consisted with seven factors, including anxious/somatization、weight、blockage、cognitive handicap、change from mo rning to night、sleep disorder、hopelessness. The two group can induce the seven factors after a course of treatment within groups(P<0.05);the treat group was better than the control group in inducing the scores of anxiou s/somatization、change from morning to night、sleep disorder、hopelessness, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), but the difference in scores of weight, blockage、cognitive handicap were no statistically si-gnificant (P>0.05) between groups. It suggested that both group can induce the scores of HAMD, but treat group has a advantage in curing the aspect of anxious/somatization、change from morning to night、sleep disorder、ho-pelessness. ConclusionThe results of this study show that, both two groups can improve symptoms of PCID, but the treatment group was superior in total effective, the treatment group has a advantage in curing the aspect of anxious/somatization、change from morning to night、sleep disorder、hopelessness.
