The peripheral serum E2 level compared with mid luteal phase was statistically difference between deficiency of kidney and blood stasis and Qi deficiency and blood stasis group before and after treatment (P< 0.05), and qi stagnation and blood stasis group and heat scorching blood stasis group treatment of peripheral serum E2 level of the mid luteal phase compared with significant difference (P> 0.05). Different syndromes before and after treatment changes in the levels of E2 and AQP1 levels in the mid luteal phase does not exist linear correlation (P> 0.01).5. The pregnancy outcomes before and after the treatment AQP1 and CA125 level do not exist linear relationship (P> 0.01).Conelusion1. Promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis can significantly improve the TCM basic syndromes in patients with endometriosis, alleviate dysmenorrhea, and not because of the different syndrome and improve the results of different levels of expression, the relationship between TCM Syndromes of dysmenorrhea was obviously improved, significantly improved the outcome of patients with peripheral blood AQP1 is not strong, considering AQP1 effect of TCM symptom improvement and alleviate dysmenorrhea effect.2. CA125 in Ⅰ-Ⅱ stage EMT patients showed normal levels, its specificity is not high, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs to reduce the level of serum CA125 of patients with EMT stage had a significant effect, lower level and type of syndrome. Before and after treatment to reduce the level of AQP1 in peripheral blood had no significant linear correlation between the expression of AQP1 and CA125, considering the different mechanism of action, clinical significance in different position.3. Promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis can be reduced in patients with EMT of mid luteal phase levels of the E2, the deficiency of kidney and blood stasis group, Qi deficiency and blood stasis group, the effect is more obvious, may be associated with kidney deficiency and blood stasis group and Qi deficiency and blood stasis group of patients is related to AFS stage.
