ObjectiveAccording arthroscopic reconstruct the damaged anterior cruciate ligament, and Guwai Xifang fumigate knee joint after operation, to recover the knee joint stability and function.MethodsThis study selected exploration diagnosed as anterior cruciate ligament rupture in 60 patients by arthroscopy, according to the principle of a single-blind randomized equally to its experimental and control groups, in the experimental group were given Guwai Xifang fumigate suffering knee at 10 days after taking out stitches, and guide passive functional exercise;The control group at 10 days after taking out stitches only guide passive exercise, without giving Guwai Xifang fumigation.
