Objective:Anterior cruciate ligament (Anterior Cruciate Ligament, ACL) is around tokeep the knee stable major ligaments in the movement led to knee injuries, themost common ligament injury fork.. Because the self-healing ability ofanterior cruciate ligament is very poor, currently graft reconstruction is themain methods for the treatment of anterior cruciate ligament injury. Bone-patellar tendon-bone (B-PT-B) currently in ACL reconstruction surgery, injury, as autograft and allograft transplantation ligament reconstructionfrequently used materials. The initial strength of the autograft is theprecondition of the eventually function of the knee joint. Relationship brakingand functional training. The experiment using rabbit allogeneic B-PT-B as aformer rabbit anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction graft material, whetherthrough surgery and the brace (braking), the detection of postoperative kneefunction under different circumstances and graft biomechanical evaluation thestudy on the use of allogeneic bone tendon bone as graft surgery on theanterior cruciate knee ligament injury late braking and functional recovery ofthe relationship.Method:1Under the aseptic condition, allografts were randomly taken from twoside of rear limbs of six mature New Zealand White rabbits. With the methodof Wang Fei et al, the grafts were respectively prepared into. Then thegeometric characteristics of them were determined.2twenty-four New Zealand white rabbits were used in this study, anddivided into2groups (A and B). An ACL reconstruction was performed ingroup A by using bone-patellar tendon-bone allograft, after the operation witha fixed and in group B by bone-patellar tendon-bone allograft. after the operation without a fixed.3Respectively, after3weeks,6weeks,12weeks after, the generalappearance of the graft observed and recorded measurements of the femur-graft-tibial ligament reconstruction surgery knee function evaluation andbiomechanical properties of the resulting statistical analysis of experimentaldata, analysis and comparison the first two cross-graft reconstruction afterligament biomechanical properties.Result:1The bulk of the observation of the rating: Experiments show that keepthe Outlines of the remnants of the knee joint group observed score in anytime than to not keep remnants of the group to high, the two groups havesignificant difference (P <0.05), there is a statistically significant.2Transplant tendons can withstand the tensile load:12weeks time brakeof the group can keep to the maximum tension than not brake of the group, thetwo groups of obvious difference (P <0.05), there is a statistically significant.Conclusion:1A fork brace after ACL reconstruction external fixation (braking) thannon-brace external fixation (non-braking) postoperative knee functionrecovery is good, the brace ligament reconstruction ligament reconstructionsurgery is closer to normal ligament function.2fork brace after ACL reconstruction external fixation (braking) thannon-brace external fixation (non-brake) after ligament anti Rally, the braceligament reconstruction surgery is closer to normal ligament ligamentreconstruction tensile.
