Clinical Evaluation About Treating LIDP Patients In Acute Stage Through Foot-acupuncture Combine With Electri-acupuncture

ObjectivesThe clinical therapeutic effect about treat the LIDP patients in acute stage through Foot-acupuncture combine with Electri-acupuncture, we are going to find out a more important and practical significance therapeutic method. In the same time, we are ready to actively promote a traditional therapy to the world.Methods68 LIDP patients in acute stage were divided into treatment group and control group by us, with 34 cases each in a random way. The electro-acupuncture treatment was accordingly treated on the control group patients, while the treatment group patients were given Foot-acupuncture additionally. Through a course of the treatment,we observed with the JOA scale and VAS scale before and after to evaluate the therapeutic effect. At last, we finish the research and come to the conclusion.Result1.No statistics-difference could be found between the two groups, we mean the treatment group and the control group, the content including the age, the gender, the pattern of syndrome, the course of disease, the score of VAS-scale and Melle-scale before we bigan the treatment(P>0.05).2. A course of treatment came to the end, a total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.18%,7 caseshad been cured,15 cases were significant improved,9 cases had been improved, while 3 case had no effect. On the other side, a total effective rate of the control group came to 79.41%,4 cases had been cured,10 cases were significant improved,13 cases had been improved, while 7 cases took no effect. The value of P was equal to 0.049(<0.05), and it mean that two groups had taken a significant difference after the treatment.3. Before the treatment, the evaluations of function and action in two groups were considered as no differences (P>0.05). After taking the treatment, the treatment group and the control group were both improved by the treatment. It is noteworthy that the effect of the treatment group was much senior than the control group (P<0.05).ConelusionAfter the treatment, we can concluse that curing LIDP patients in acute stage through Foot-acupuncture combined with Electro-acunpuncture had positive effects. Both of the two groups(treatment group and control group) improved the quality of life at the same time. In the end, the curative effect was better and superior than the control group.
